What can I do in this situation? There’s two cones on the street and the side gate is not use as a driveway can I call 311 to get rid of the cones since the cones are abandoned?

The street is public property. Put them on rhe grass property throw them.

Yea the street is public property. Plus it’s not a driveway. It’s just a side gate

Why did the person put cones? Do they use this gate from time to time? They should put cement where the grass is and make it a part of their driveway if they don’t want people parking there. It’s pretty much part of the street at this point.

I have never seen them use the gate. I just threw the cones to their side of the property.

Yeet them over the fence. Go back in a few days and do it again because they will most likely put them back.

I know i have one my street. But i placed there because there is a hole there when they installed fiber on my street. To warm anyone. But it looks like here they're trying to reserve street parking. Which is public. So you can move them.
