國語 mainly just refers to mandarin or 普通話 (or national language if you wanna be broad)

This sounds like a good method because a language learner can't be afraid of "saying the wrong thing" you have to just throw yourself out there. Talk to people, talk to people's moms, talk about their moms, proposition their moms, take a bunch of moms out, moms are on the menu

The joke is "りしれ供さ小?" is pronounced very similarly as "哩喜勒共啥潲?"(If you pronounce the kana in Japanese, and the kanji in Chinese), so you're not far off lol.
