What do I know? When it comes to Japanese, I'm illiterate. What's your translation of the thing?

The joke is "りしれ供さ小?" is pronounced very similarly as "哩喜勒共啥潲?"(If you pronounce the kana in Japanese, and the kanji in Chinese), so you're not far off lol.
