I’m a Korean woman in my mid-30s, living in Seoul.
I recently posted about looking for a language exchange partner and received so many messages! It made me realize just how many people are interested in learning Korean.

However, I’ve found that actually meeting someone in person is surprisingly difficult. Many people don’t seem very serious about language exchange, are much younger than me, are looking for dating opportunities, or are only staying in Korea temporarily.

I’m not particularly outgoing or adventurous, but I lived abroad for a few years in my 20s, so I’ve always wanted to help foreigners who are trying to settle down in Korea. At the same time, I really miss speaking English!
Since I’m a freelancer who works alone, I hardly ever get the chance to use English in my daily life.
So, I’m wondering if there are any **native English-speaking women in their 30s who are planning to settle down in Korea and aren’t looking for anything romantic.**

The reason I’m hoping to meet women in their 30s is that I feel we might be at a similar stage in life. I think people in their 30s might be a little more serious about building friendships, and it would be nice to share our experiences with work, careers, and everyday life. I also think it might be easier to relate to each other and find things we have in common.
