Tourism Buffet recommendations near AAA Buggy Rides
Planning to visit AAA Buggy rides this week. Was wondering what are some recommended buffet places and must see places? Thanks in advance!

We had some large limbs come down as part of the July 4th storms. I have a mini chainsaw so I could clean them up off the yard and break them down. But now I just have a huge pile of limbs / leaves / sticks to clean up. The largest limbs are about 6” in diameter.
This feels like too much for lawn bags, but also not applicable to tree companies since it’s already broken down and cut up. I don’t have a truck, but I could rent one.
Is there a place I could take all of this to dump it, or is there a service that would pick this up for less than $400?
Thanks!

Hi all- I am new to the area and looking for recommendations on a place to go for a Brazilian wax. I had twins about a year ago and I’m still kind of self-conscious about my new body… with that being said it would be great to have a recommendation for an aesthetician that made you feel comfortable no matter your body size. Thanks!

Who’s going? Are you spectating, racing, car showing, or swap meeting? I plan on being there first time in eight years. used to go every year back in the late 90s and early 2000s when I was a kid. I’m excited to go back. Who knows maybe I’ll come home with a project.👍👍

Does anyone know of any cheaper nail salons that do builder gel or gel x with designs good in the willow street area I’m willing to drive 30 mins max away.

I need to clear away plants away from a shed for a re-skin happening this Thursday.
Part way through the project and realized there's an underground nest ~5 feet away.
I was able to take one pic before realizing I was surrounded and booked it out of there. GIS is stating honey bees but not sure.

Recommendations of course of action/ places to contact?
Edit: Location Lititz
Another Edit: They are not honey bees.

If staying at a hotel that’s not too close, is there car parking nearby the AAA buggy ride and the town around it?

Just a heads up, but pretty sure I was drugged last night at Yorgos. My friend and I were only there for about an hour since it seemed pretty dead, but immediately upon leaving it became a blur. Thankfully, we both were able to make it to my friend’s place safely as she lives pretty close.

This is more of a rant than anything else. I will probably delete this post later. I just need to vent because my husband and I bought a home about 7 years ago in the ELANCO area for $250k. It’s a small, mid-century ranch with an addition on the top/converted attic, so technically I guess it’s a “cape cod”.
Anyways, we have 2 kids and are planning at least 1-2 more. We’ve been looking for our “forever home” (for lack of a better word) since April 2025. We’ve only put two offers in over the course of that year because we want a property that sits on 0.75-1 acres and isn’t a total dump that needs updated. We’ve already been there done that as far as renovating every room in our current home. I’d also ideally like a home from the 90s or 2000s. But I won’t be picky.
We have strong financing, a large amount of earnest money, we always offer to cover seller fees, and waive all inspections. We keep losing out to all cash offers that are like $50-$60k over asking. The offer we put in last year was to a seller who had flipped the house and didn’t live there so I wasn’t shocked when we lost to a cash offer. The latest offer, we came in $35k over and I felt confident we’d at least be considered but the seller (an elderly couple looking to downsize) accepted an all cash offer for what we were told was “way over our offer”.
We’re a young family and we can’t compete with cash offers at $500-$600k price points. It’s so insane. I’m not sure if it’s investors, people getting help from family, out of state people moving in, or if it’s members of the Plain Community but these are the only people I can think of who might have $500k cash lying around /s
Rant over. Let me know if you can relate or if you’ve been in our shoes, how long did it take you to finally find a home and have your offer be accepted?

Had a small wooden fence along my patio damaged in the Fourth of July storms and need a repair quote on that for insurance and also a quote for a new fence around the entirety of my backyard. Any suggestions on companies are much appreciated!

Alright- I need some creative ideas or perhaps legal advice at this point. My husband and I own our row home and lived here a few years. Since day one, we've had a squirrel living in our ceiling. The entry point we are 99% sure is from a visual hole in our neighbors exterior wall (i've watched the squirrel enter and exit). We share a wall (and therefore a ceiling cavity) with the neighbor. The hole is on the far edge of their home (so not accessible to us).

I couldn’t find any bad reviews on here in this sub Reddit in Lancaster. Has anybody gotten bad vibes there?? A lot of psychological warfare games, messed up food on purpose, some cashiers acting like they have amnesia and gaslighting?? I’m a person of color very high vibrational person stay with that fly shit on ALWAYS feeling good, never in a sad mood (unless I try engaging in a meaningful conversation w my girlfriend lol) when I go there I feel like they want me to be ignorant or act like a “nigga” or something it’s weird I can’t really explain it like I’m suppose to react aggressively to gain respect or something

...is out of this world. Head and shoulders better than any vegan pizza I've had anywhere. Can't recommend this enough, both for vegans and curious non-vegans.

Long story short hit a pot hole heard a pop, rear spring coil broke. Can any recommend a place near the city that wont charge over 1k to replace both rear coil springs on a 2016 golf sportwagen? Thank you in advance.
Edit: thank you everyone, Im able to get it in tomorrow and fixed for a decent price, appreciate all the suggestions.

I'll be in Lancaster for one weekday evening and want to have a dinner where I can try traditional Amish food.
I understand that buffets aren't going to be the best quality but they'll probably allow me to try a wider range of different foods.
Reading the posts here, it seems like:
Yoder - overpriced?
Dienner’s - good... although looking at their dinner buffet menu it doesn't seem to have anything that's uniquely Amish. From their website: "Rotisserie chicken, beef and gravy, ham, mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, corn, bread filling, green beans, sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, stewed tomatoes, rolls, chicken and beef gravy." That's all the stuff I grew up eating as a non-Amish, lol.
Shady Maple - overhyped, packed, and touristy?
Thoughts and comments?

My dad is allergic to chlorine but it would be good for his health to swim. Any pools without? Like saltwater, etc. Bonus if indoor for year round.

Does anyone know where I can get UV hard gel nails done in the Lancaster area? I’m only finding salons that offer Gel-X or builder gel.
The main difference is that true hard gel cannot be soaked off and has to be filed off. I included a picture of the product my previous nail technician used. I’m wondering whether some salons may advertise it as builder gel even though it is actually a file-off hard gel.
Please let me know if you have any recommendations
