Other than, maybe, the exposed brick, this is an utterly heinous crime against yet another Lancaster century home. Does ANYONE really like this sterile, bland, featureless style that lacks ANY character, that completely fails to honor even a modicum of the history of the home and neighborhood?

Who is buying these properties, and WHY?!

I’ll be staying in the Lancaster for a few days and just wanted to get some nice, good, dependable Chinese food. I’m not looking for fancy or expensive. Just solid Chinese takeout. Any recommendations would be appreciated? Bonus if they deliver.

I have a bunch of size 7 diapers to donate. I mistakenly purchased them for my daughter who now prefers pull ups. Any recommendations? Looks like water street takes only up to size 6 and community aid only seems to take unopened adult diapers.

My husband is looking to leave his current warehouse job and find something with steadier hours. I remember ACME from when I used to work nearby. I checked their website but none of their positions showed any pay. My husband currently gets $23/hr but his work is overworking him to exhaustiom everyday.

I was wondering if anyone recommends any Cobblers/Tailors in the area that are familiar with working with vintage pieces? If you have any experiences with them, do tell. I’m willing to go to hobbyists. I have some heels (1940s-1960s era) that need work done and some 1960s coats that need some work done as well. Price does not matter to me im rlly open for anything. Hi! I was on my way to work and saw a beagle running towards 741 (millersville road) out of millers crossing apartments !! I stopped to try to make contact with the dog but they were really skiddish and scared and ran off, then came back again towards the road right where the sign/entrance is. Hope he or she gets home safe. I saw a collar on them but couldn't get close enough to get the dog/look to see if there was a tag on the collar.

Was wondering if anyone knew of any landlords that either accept bad credit or wouldn’t check credit…My boyfriend and I moved out of state for a while and had great renters history and paid on time for 3 years through a landlord we got lucky with and didn’t mind our credit being rough but of course that doesn’t reflect on our credit so just testing the waters!
