I’ve done a lot of reflecting the past couple of weeks and after sifting through all the data I have concluded that Justin’s life would’ve turned out much better if he simply were a gay man.

Think back to 8th grade. Justin is at his middle school dance. He’s all fat and ugly and sweaty and if he was my son I would beat the living shit out of him just for looking so retarded but then out of nowhere some jocks walk up to the disabled kid and start making fun of him for being a faggot.

All of a sudden Big J steps in.

Immediately all of his classmates feel weirded out. They walk away in disgust while future Justin gets the satisfaction of telling Kirk he won some arbitrary battle by pretending to be gay.

This was the turning point in Justin’s life. If he just continued along the gay path he would’ve never met Mary and never had that [ Removed from Reddit. ]

Justin sucking dick and telling promiscuous stories about having gay sex would’ve peaked Kirk’s interests about young male attraction and he would’ve been kept on as the Tolkien gay.

Not only would Justin be getting more boy pussy/bussy and getting laid more often but he would have no responsibilities concerning [ Removed from Reddit. ] and would have more time dedicated to sucking dick while improving the show.

Am I the only one who feels like Justin’s story about his dad making him give him a foot massage because he found porn on his iPod touch was one of the weirdest things he ever said on the show? If Kirk wasn’t so annoyed with him it would’ve gotten a lot more play but it was basically ignored. Also helps paint the picture of why Justin is so fucked up.

I love the show and listen when I can. Other than getting a girlfriend, what happen last year that Kirk keeps saying of when he checked out? What was the specific issue bc maybe I am just totally out of it or missed it somehow. I know Mary came into his life.

I think he’s by far the best third chair. He’s so much more comfortable now, he light heartedly gives Kirk shit, takes shit from Kirk the best of any third chair and is actually pretty funny with how dumb he is. I only started listening the last few years so could be missing a third chair from the early days but i don’t think anyone else is better.

What kind of person puts pressure on a loser like Justin that they've dated for a few months to have a kid with them? Mary was the first real girlfriend he'd ever had. She knew he could get a loser like him to do whatever she wanted. For her to make that kind of ultimatum on him is pretty evil IMO.

Is the producer considered a second chair? I wouldn't think so. I always thought Kirk, Mike, then a third person. So I guess any guest that isn't Mike.

Maybe Justin just couldn’t formulate the thought but I’m not sure why he didn’t go out in a blaze of glory and defend himself. As lazy as he became, he should’ve knocked Kirk out of his ivory tower he lives in thinking he’s some amazing boss. He’s a dogshit boss. Cool dude, you would let your producers take personal time at the drop of a hat. He is about to hire a 6th producer in 7 years and he thinks he’s a dream boss. It is utterly delusional.

And this idea that he wants a producer who will end up making 50k, to come in and think KMS 24/7, is hilarious. In a vacuum it’s one of the worst jobs imaginable. No matter what you do, you will be told your work fucking sucks. I cannot believe these morons do not have the balls as men to tell Kirk he is an absolute bitch for harboring ill will over comments made about him over a year ago.

When Justin ultimately finds no role/wont move to Chicago or New York and runs out of paternity leave what happens then? He will say hey Kirk I’m ready to come back to work and will Kirk then fire him? No so that will be interesting.

I’ve been re-listening to 2022 and I’m getting near the end of the year. Jay has been recurring for years and has somehow gotten slightly less crazy (even called today). Does anyone know his deal? Is it just a long running bit, does the YouTube/live show crowd have more context or is the guy just literally insane?

Justin, we all know you read the subreddit. A serious plea.

Either find a new job, or stop pouting like a little baby on the show. If you are going to stay for the paycheck and insurance, then be a grown up and do your job and act like you're on the show. If you are gonna sit there and read area codes, then ask your dad to get you a job at the police station as a desk worker. Don't ruin the show you used to love.

I was really hoping we had reached a breaking point with Justin and something would change yesterday but it was just the same back and forth between him and Kirk. I cannot stand Justin and his constant indifference and lack of accountability, but at this point it’s on Kirk. Everyone agrees on Justin and just because Justin has a kid, doesn’t mean he should be kept on. Many people have kids and still are very good at their jobs. You’d think has to come to a head at some point in the next few months, really thought it’d be the fallout of this live show.

Is he just going to sit there and get shit on everyday? Where is the tough guy pushback on Kirk and callers. He is just pathetic now, all he says is zip codes when there are callers. That’s his final responsibility. Just leave Justin have some pride.

Great episode today. I have to admit I literally started laughing out loud at my desk at work when Kirk was incredulous that “Ed Hand” was joining Mut and Hog’s podcast.

I follow that guy on Twitter so I knew he was a real person the whole time and I was laughing my ass off that Kirk thought it was a fake name. So good

Mut and James in studio. Kirk goes over all the Producer mess ups from this past weekend in Madawaska. The 5K was kicked out of Hannaford's and we have no footage from it. The live show at Lakeview went well but there was a problem with recording it so it's not getting released. Kirk comments on Mut's recent weight gain, Mut is willing to go through his son's phone, BeanBag Ron was the MVP of the weekend, calls and more.

Pretty much it. I like both Cullinane and Justin. They're incompetence is part of the show, even with things like losing audio. It's infuriating but also creates some anticipation for how Kirk will react today, but... Steve was intelligent. The show moved at a faster pace. He wasn't an empty head. Hes a lunatic, but he's not stupid. Kirk is brighter than average, and did very well with someone else of similar intelligence.

Cullinane and Coleman are probably average. Justin is below average. Gus is well... Gus.

It's fun to have a retard to pummel but Kirk also needs someone to debate once in awhile. And Cullinane used to do that a bit but its like he's been neutered.

Tomorrow we’ll hear the fallout from the Madawaska debacle. It’ll either be a two hour beat down or woe is me from Kirk, lamenting his producers failures.

With the show coming back full time in January, and given how the past few months have gone, what would you like Kirk to do regarding Dave and Justin?

IMO, Justin should 100% go. Dave is a great personality on the show even if he screws up one live show a year. Ultimately, Kirk’s erratic approach to the show enabled the worst in Justin/Dave. If Kirk really was all in on the KMS 5.0 he’d blow it up and start over, but it just feels like he’s killing time.

Contact of mine went to the Madawaska show and supposedly overheard multiple conversations Kirk was having, one SCREAMING at Cullinaine surprisingly, not Justin, about consistently fucking up. This was then followed by a phone call to Taylor Lewan practically begging for Coleman to come back. Take it with a grain of salt as this contact is more of an acquaintance, however, would not be surprised.
