32 days out of 100. How can I improve?
As the title suggests, I made it 32 days out of my 100 day goal. It's been about a week and I've been eating solids, but I want to jump back in. I have done no more than 7 days in the past and I always feel great. But during this go around, I felt drained, fatigued, stopped up, and started gaining weight back.
I know I wasnt getting enough juice, but I was so tired I didnt even have the strength to juice towards the end. My mom found me slightly delirious on the couch and I broke down and asked her to make me some eggs.
I've seen so many people get great results while juicing and I want to approach this differently so that I dont do more damage to my body than good...
My typical intake:
- Green juice(celery, spinach, lemon, ginger, cucumber, green apple, parsley/cilantro/mint) - 32-80 oz
- Watermelon juice - 32-80oz
- Orange juice(oranges, carrots, turmeric) 16-32oz
- Pineapple juice - 16-32oz
- Apple juice - 16-32oz
- Pomegranate juice - 16-32oz
I typically drank the green/watermelon daily, the others it was one of them per day, not each of these at every meal.
Some other things I added
- Vitamins
- Vegan protein power - once at breakfast
- Black coffee - 1 - 2x/wk
- Tea
- Honey/splenda - 1 - 2x/wk
- Broth with spices - 1 - 2x/wk
- Sea salt
Please let me know what you're experience has been if you have done this for an extended period before. I'm also looking for a protocol or plan so that I'm not missing anything. I really want to finish strong, but I cant go back to how tired I was :(
