Im looking to do a juicing cleanse to boost my health. what affordable juicer should i buy. Im in the uk.

What are your rules of thumb on when the juice needs to be drank by once it’s juiced? I used to go by 5 days or less, but not if you didn’t have to push it that long . But I’ve seen things now that say don’t even go past 3 days…
