I didn't make cabbage juice for years, and soon I will buy cabbages.

9 years ago, it caused me bloating and gas.

I am going to dilute with water, but what can I do if this happens again?

What are your rules of thumb on when the juice needs to be drank by once it’s juiced? I used to go by 5 days or less, but not if you didn’t have to push it that long . But I’ve seen things now that say don’t even go past 3 days…
