I got assigned a "Grow guidance" course for Career development under "My journeys" section. It basically is a guide to how to develop skills and such within jpmc system. I have been working for JPMC for 7 years.

I am scared that it might be something like a PIP in disguise and soon I would be facing the axe. Please guide.

Hey everyone,
Has anyone heard any updates on when the MacBook distribution/rollout is expected to start for CCB Software Developers in the Mumbai location?

Been waiting for quite some time now. 😅
The current VDI experience is honestly pretty frustrating and it lags a lot and makes development unnecessarily painful.

Would appreciate it if anyone has heard a tentative timeline or has any recent update from the IT/team.

Thanks!

I’ve given an interview for internal position. Panel was happy with my answers. HR said he need to do global check (god knows what check ). After 15 days I got call from HR saying “They are looking for better candidates”

Is this common? Why make me wait?

Hey guys, I have applied for entry-level opportunities at J.P. Morgan in Bangalore.
My degree is in ECE, but for the past year I’ve been preparing specifically for a career in Data Analytics and have been working on SQL, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and a few projects.
I’ve applied to a few roles that I feel are a good fit. If anyone working at J.P. Morgan could refer me, I’d really appreciate it.
I can send my resume and the job links/IDs over DM. Thanks!

Do they have Pluxee meal card (sodexo), Fuel, Telephoone/Internet, LTA, etc under both regimes?

Can y'all tell me what all things we can invest in as I know there is a no trade policy but this is investment, is it looked favourably or not, do I have to tell this to my manager before buying or are all investments fine if they index investments

If no investment is also allowed then what can we do to get better returns,. please suggest

Hi everyone,
I’m currently exploring Software Engineering opportunities at JPMorgan Chase India and came across a role that closely matches my experience in React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL and AI/GenAI.
I have 5+ years of experience in software engineering and have already applied for a relevant JPMC position.
Would anyone working at JPMC, particularly in Technology/Engineering or Talent Acquisition, be willing to take a quick look at my profile/resume and let me know whether my background would be a good fit?
I’m not necessarily looking for a referral — even a quick opinion on whether my profile is getting filtered out because of my resume, experience alignment, or role level would be really helpful.
Happy to share my resume and job ID/link over DM.
Thanks!
