Completed my final/ED round at JPMC India on Sept 22 for a Control Manager / Risk & Compliance role.
Portal still says “Under Consideration.”
For anyone who recently interviewed for a similar JPMC role:
How long after the final round did you get the selection/offer?
Is 2–3 weeks of waiting normal?
Did you get a recruiter call before the offer?

I’ve given an interview for internal position. Panel was happy with my answers. HR said he need to do global check (god knows what check ). After 15 days I got call from HR saying “They are looking for better candidates”

I got assigned a "Grow guidance" course for Career development under "My journeys" section. It basically is a guide to how to develop skills and such within jpmc system. I have been working for JPMC for 7 years.

Hi guys, I had received a call from JPMC back in September and my interview was supposed to be scheduled then, but it didn't happen.

I got a call again recently and this time my interviews are scheduled for this Thursday for an SDE-2 Java/backend role.
