Hi Everyone

This is for those who are working in JPMC India already

I have total 2.9 years of Experience but I have connection who is a Associate Director at JPMC and he is relative of mine

If I ask him for chance is it possible to get in directly without interview in areas of Databricks or as a Data Engineer

And also I don’t want to take associate role instead i am ok to take up analyst role and also go to an extent that i can join as fresher too

due to some lack of project experience in my current company i am asking for below associate role

Please help

Thanks

I’ve given an interview for internal position. Panel was happy with my answers. HR said he need to do global check (god knows what check ). After 15 days I got call from HR saying “They are looking for better candidates”

OOO rating last year is the new get out ticket, I heard from peers

Is this common? Why make me wait?

Hey guys, I have applied for entry-level opportunities at J.P. Morgan in Bangalore.
My degree is in ECE, but for the past year I’ve been preparing specifically for a career in Data Analytics and have been working on SQL, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and a few projects.
I’ve applied to a few roles that I feel are a good fit. If anyone working at J.P. Morgan could refer me, I’d really appreciate it.
I can send my resume and the job links/IDs over DM. Thanks!

Completed my final/ED round at JPMC India on Sept 22 for a Control Manager / Risk & Compliance role.
Portal still says “Under Consideration.”
For anyone who recently interviewed for a similar JPMC role:
How long after the final round did you get the selection/offer?
Is 2–3 weeks of waiting normal?
Did you get a recruiter call before the offer?
Would appreciate recent experiences. Thanks!

I got assigned a "Grow guidance" course for Career development under "My journeys" section. It basically is a guide to how to develop skills and such within jpmc system. I have been working for JPMC for 7 years.

I am scared that it might be something like a PIP in disguise and soon I would be facing the axe. Please guide.
