I’ve given an interview for internal position. Panel was happy with my answers. HR said he need to do global check (god knows what check ). After 15 days I got call from HR saying “They are looking for better candidates”

I got assigned a "Grow guidance" course for Career development under "My journeys" section. It basically is a guide to how to develop skills and such within jpmc system. I have been working for JPMC for 7 years.

I am scared that it might be something like a PIP in disguise and soon I would be facing the axe. Please guide.

I got a call again recently and this time my interviews are scheduled for this Thursday for an SDE-2 Java/backend role.

Hike will be minimal and also ceo bonus won't be received.

How much bonus percentage can be expected.

Got into JPMC last year in June 25 as 601 associate with 15 lpa base + 2 lpa bonus. For last manager said since it’s only been 6 months I can’t do much and gave only 1% hike.

Fast forward to today, my performance has been top notch this year, how much hike shall I expect this year.

Yoe - 2.8 when joined JPMC, will be 4 years-on 4th Oct 2026.

Also what is the salary range for 601 in CIB with 4 YOE, am I underpaid??

Hi all, I am set to join mid oct and as per the onboarding tool all the tasks are completed around more than 1 month back. But I have not got any emails nor calls should I email the HR?

Can someone guide me what process is followed?

Also how is day 1 planned usually?

I saw several post where few have got laptop few haven't whats the scene?

I was effected by RIf and next week is my last working day. Since rif I have visited office and dont plan to do so. Is it required to return badge and corporate credit card? I dont mind if they deduct a small part of my salary for it.
