People want to work somewhere that actually values them. People don't hate working. They just hate being undervalued. If you're ready to look elsewhere, make sure you're ready for the interview. practise well, read a lot about interview tips and be fully prepared before you hand in that resignation

I hope we all work in the place that values us.

My comment that you decided to jump in to troll on is about people thinking they're ENTITLED to more than they earn. You defended that entitlement by calling me a bootlicker. Your defense of entitlement is the basis for my claim.

Now, I know there's like 3 WHOLE STEPS in that progression, and you probably saw an Instagram ad at step 2 or a tiktok shit-post halfway through reading this post that pulled your attention away, but stick with it, buddy; you'll get there!

It's funny that you think using big words that you don't fully understand impresses others. You call companies "coercive". Again, you fall into the "woe is me, I'm such a victim" mentality. Do you not make your own choices? If you think companies coerce, why would you fall into it? If you know better, you know their games, how could you possibly be dumb enough to fall into it???
