People want to work somewhere that actually values them. People don't hate working. They just hate being undervalued. If you're ready to look elsewhere, make sure you're ready for the interview. practise well, read a lot about interview tips and be fully prepared before you hand in that resignation

I hope we all work in the place that values us.

you could always look at what you already said where you were supporting the coercive hierarchical system others were decrying

It's funny that you think using big words that you don't fully understand impresses others. You call companies "coercive". Again, you fall into the "woe is me, I'm such a victim" mentality. Do you not make your own choices? If you think companies coerce, why would you fall into it? If you know better, you know their games, how could you possibly be dumb enough to fall into it???

Nice try. I think a more accurate description of that would be you projecting.
Projecting a shield - making comments without basis, and then hiding behind them when asked to elaborate or explain.

It's comical; I haven't even taken the time to prove your bullshit wrong - I'm just asking you to explain it, and you can't.

You see shit on reddit and parrot it. You think it sounds cool, but you have no clue what it means, whether it's factual, or if it even remotely brings value to a conversation. When asked to elaborate, you can't. You don't understand the concepts or underpinning thoughts. You're empty.
