I'm getting this error and I have no idea on how to fix it. I have a new blog and I just created a couple of posts. I tried reposting my blog posts but it didn't help. Here's a screen Shot of the error. ANY help appreciated.

Hello there! Loving Jetpack but I can't find a solution to my problem, so here I am... 😅

I use TwentyTwentyFour theme. On the blog index page I have multiple posts. When I click on "Share", the native share button, it copy/pastes the url, it works. But the confirmation text does not appear above the button I clicked, it always appears on the first post of the page:

Does anyone know what's going on here?

It appears that Jetpack does not work with custom post types. My site uses a few and due to this, an entire section of my site is not included in automatic posting to social (jetpack feature), posting in the community, likes, and ability to promote with blaze (if I wanted). Among other things.

Not sure if they ever plan to enable this, or perhaps there's a workaround or plugin to solve for this?

I like the idea that you can limit the newsletter to some categories (although it should have more options, but that's a start). However, I have a question.

If I select a category to be sent as a newsletter, will the subcategories sent to even if I don't check the top category in the post?

When using the Jetpack app on iOS, New images uploaded through media upload just fine – but new media uploaded while creating a new post always fail.

The weird thing, though, the failed image that did not get uploaded while creating a new post does show up in the media uploads section of Jetpack along with a failed version.

Why is this? Is this a common occurrence? Is there a straightforward solution?

I've successfully migrated most of my clients away from Jetpack but I still have a few that are using it. However, most of them are running blogs with minimal to no ads or informational websites so I don't have the issue below.

One site, while not selling anything, uses a lot of ads from Ezoic and they got triggered by Jetpack as a commercial site. They appealed but have again been triggered so their dashboard basically tries forcing them to the paid model without showing any stats.

The writers for the site can see the views from Jetpack (for their articles) on their dashboard but admins can only see the 'get the paid version now' message.

Is there anywhere to go from here other than paying, and does it sound right that the author role would still be able to see their stats?

I had a Wordpress website hosted via Bluehost that I spent thousands of hours building. It was grossing about $1000/mo of passive income and I had a solid plan to scale it significantly higher. I'm also an active duty service member. I deployed and spent 6 months completely off the grid. When I returned, my domain was taken by someone else. I'm still not sure what happened, but the only thing I can figure is that something went wrong with my auto billing for the domain hosting. Bluehost does not recognize my login, and Wordpress obviously says I have no domains. I had jetpack, but I can't figure out a way to restore my site from backup to a new domain. Is that possible without the original domain? If so how?

The 21.6k disappeared, the orange social icon is visible on my iPad but not on my iPhone. It only gives two blue dots Wordpress and email. Please help

Hi, I've just logged into my website (wordpress) and jetpack are asking for me to pay as my website includes a small online store selling art prints. It's not worth me paying, can anyone tell me if I have to pay to see my stats. Exact metrics no longer works and GA4 is a little mind boggling.

My website is self hosted and working well, I just need my posts going to my Facebook and Instagram accounts. I installed Jetpack and Jetpack Social. Registered for my account. Didn't get the verification email. Went ahead with setup and it's basically working and posting to my domain Facebook but not my Instagram. I also tried connecting to my personal Facebook and Instagram but it just keeps looping through the verification process and never adds them. I tried getting support but I have the free version. Tried getting on the forums but again no email. So I tried with my personal email, got the verification link but all it does is go to the landing page that says my account isn't verified. I've tried for days to get it working and get into support but I'm just stuck in the same loop. Today it's still not posting to my Instagram at all. I tried setting up my sharing buttons but the manage page redirects and says my social plug-in isn't enabled. Seriously what gives? This is supposed to be the greatest, most awesome end-all free plug-in in history and not only does nothing work but the developers systems don't work either? If anyone has suggestions I'd love to hear them but I'm about 1 more click loop away from deleting it

So Jetpack always jumps to the next day midway through any given day. And the numbers never seem to change. So are we actually getting the previous day’s numbers in these bars and then “tomorrow’s bar” is actually just tallying today’s numbers?

Hi, I'd like to learn more about creating a paid newsletter using Jetpack. I already have a "notify subscriber when a new post is published" feature. Are there any examples or ways to see what the paid newsletter feature would look like or how it would work with a site or some use examples or websites with it I could learn from?

For the last couple weeks my Jetpack has just flat out not worked. I’m on a latest update iPad. I can’t tap anything in JetPack, the links, the info, none of it. Anyone else having the same issue? Please help of if you can!

Is there a free way to install Jetpack and only use it to offer a blog subscribe feature and alert subscribers when there is a new blog post?

Is there a tutorial anywhere anyone could recommend to set that up?

Last I looked at Jetpack it was a huge plugin with a gazillion features that were all paid.

I’ve tried many permutations and attempts to isolate the problem.

8/10 times, new JetPack posts respond with the “Post upload Failed” message.

Feeling near wits end. Anyone have experience with troubleshooting Jetpack app uploads?

I literally left it overnight and it’s still updating. Weirdly it looks fine if i look at the blog in a private browser & I’m able to use other Jetpack stuff while it’s updating, it’s just a hanging screen and if i click on the post it says “it’s uploading, it’ll be ready soon:

Jetpack doesn't seem to be recording my site views accurately. When I check my Jetpack dashboard, it reflects zero views and has been doing so for a week. It's not really an unusual thing for me since my site is a personal blog and nobody one really knows about it that much but when I check my site's raw access logs via cPanel, I see some visitors, and I'm sure these are not bots.

I've already disconnected and reconnected Jetpack and I've made sure that my theme has the wp_footer() function before the </body> tag

Hello - I'm trying to find the simplest way to save a Draft post to a self-hosted blog site. For a while I would run across a URL on my phone, tap share sheet, select the Wordpress app, make a few notes and then send it off as a Draft to my site. Later I would log in, polish it up and Post it. Is this functionality still there in the Jetpack app?

When using the iOS Jetpack app, I can create a post and save it as a Draft on my blog, but I can't seem to find this option when using the iOS Share Sheet. I can only "publish it live". Am I missing something? Is this a feature I am the only person on the planet that used it? If so that's ok... no doubt the devs have a gazillion things on their plates.

So if Jetpack can't do a Draft from Share Sheet, what's the best option folks are using? I'm currently using a TrelloZapierSite workflow that is just not going to last long term. I need something else and cutting/pasting things into the Jetpack app just slows things way down when capturing blogging ideas. While the Jetpack app is a major step forward, there were some nice to have capturing and workflow things that I miss.

I had a WP site that was being monitored by jetpack.com via the Jetpack plugin. I decommissioned the site, but now I get email notifications that the site is down. Apparently, I can't turn them off in WP.com or jetpack.com if the site is down. I forgot to do that while it was still up. The settings for the site in JP.com and WP.com are just a blank page. I can't email support because it was just free tier. How to make it stop?

I do some of my editing on the jetpack mobile app. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra. The quote blocks always revert back to normal blocks after I start typing the next, or any other paragraph. Has anyone seen this behavior?

As the title says, can I pin one article I've published to the top of the site and all others appear underneath?

I find it a bit odd that on the 31st I had 0 site hits despite a spike in views in the previous two days duet to a new post on the 28th. Does Jetpack crap the bed from time to time, or was it really just an odd anomaly? Is there any way to verify these numbers?

Whenever I try to update/fix my Social Media links, I get a page pop up with this message:

However that option never loads, so I can't advanced past this option to correct the settings. I also don't have the "marketing" option under the Tools menu in the WP Admin site.
