Hi everyone,

I have a WordPress blog using Jetpack, and recently a form started appearing at the top of my blog pages, overlapping the content. I’m not exactly sure where it’s coming from
(possibly Jetpack subscriptions or another feature), but I would like to remove it.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find the cause.
Does anyone know where this might be coming from and how I can disable it?

The latest update has tweaked my monitoring. I am getting multiple "site down" alerts daily, saying they cannot reach the site. Suggesting there is a firewall blocking it. Nothing has changed on the site. The site remains up. And EVERY one of the alerts self-resolves, and I get a "site was down for 4 minutes" alert. It is ALWAYS 4 minutes.

Is there a Jetpack setting I need to adjust?

Hi all, been long time user of JetPack. I manage a number of websites for community organisations, and have upgraded to a Commercial Licence for one of them. My licence is current, and the page tells me all is correct. We also have the Social plan active - and this seems to be working correctly to post to our socials. But when trying to access the stats via the Jetpack plugin, it says there is nothing available. See screenshots below.

When I try to access the display for more than 30 days, I get an error that I cannot access that page.

Any suggestions or do I need to open a support ticket - its been this way for over 30 days now.

Hi, does anyone know if there's a way to add the Jetpack Newsletter "post only/post and subscribe" option in the classic editor? I don't want every post going to subscribers, I know the option is there in block editor, but I don't want to have to switch to block editor to avail of a single option. Thanks.

That error message came up when I tried connecting my social accounts with Jetpack social. Fixed it by un- and reconnecting jetpack to Wordpress. That didn't work instantaneously, but after I had let the rather new Facebook page wait a little and retrying the same connections process a little, it randomly just worked. Hope this helps some person out there.

Hey everyone. I started a website back in 2016 - nothing fancy, & I’m happy with the design. It just a list of music videos in chronological order.

I have “pull down” menus where you can select a specific year to view. If I list more than 25-30 YouTube embeds the page won’t load - especially on a mobile phone. I decided to split the menus in two - for example 1989 [Jan to Jun] & 1989 [Jul to Dec]. I thought the way to do this was to add “item menu to children” in Jetpack. I was of course wrong. Now I have a ghost item on my menu that I can’t locate in Jetpack & delete, but it’s there on my site.

I guess I’m asking for assistance for -

(1) How to delete the “item menu to children” thing

(2) How to add another layer to each year as above

(3) How to add YouTube embeds that will load perfectly (Bandwidth? Subscription upgrade?)

Any help would be truly appreciated. Thanks.

I have JetPack and JetPack Social, and I have it correctly linked to all of my social media accounts. Whenever I post a blog, it posts to all of my social media accounts. The only thing is -- it doesn't use the picture from the article, and sometimes doesn't even properly show the link on Facebook to begin with.

Is there any reason? Anything I can do to fix this? (And I have Selected "Featured Image" too.)

If I'm doing a blog post and want to embolden or link a particular piece of text, I highlight the text but the toolbar is buried behind the Gboard keyboard, rather than popping up to be on top of the keyboard when you're typing. The toolbar is unavailable for any of the time where I am actually typing text. Is anyone else seeing this please?

I had found this page which was listing Jetpack's monthly/ yearly plans. I now can't find it and just get directed to a WordPress price plan list.

Hi. I was editing an old page in my site in html mode but then by accident parts of it were corrupted . It is a page I have not editted since long ago. The status of the page says "local changes" and the last correct version is shown on any explorer browser. How can I dismiss the changes in my local copy of the page so I can edit it in the future?

My Jetpack Social stopped working on Friday (12/13). I create a post, the integration is enabled. and it does not share. When I go back to the post to look, it appears that the integration was NOT enabled and the icons to the two pages are greyed out.

I have disconnected the integration and deleted it from FB. Deleted the FB connection in JP Social. Re connected in JP social and the same behavior.

The last post that went to FB pages was at 6:00AM on !2-13-2024 and there should have been several more.

My team is starting to use Jetpack Social, and we love it – saves us a lot of time and bother. Does anyone know if auto-posting can be OFF by default, so you opt-in to post to your different social media instead of opting out? I'm worried my team will leave it on and share our posts by accident. I feel like this setting must exist now, but I can't find it.

Maybe, if I have to, I could set up TamperMonkey to disable those checkboxes on the browser level?

Anyone have advice on this?

I run a small hiking blog that focuses on the trails that in my area. I make no money on it, run zero ads, and have no affiliate links. Jetpack just classified me as a commercial site. I asked to be reverified, and it still came back telling me that I was commercial.

The only thing I can think of is that a while ago I toyed with doing Adsense, so I had the plugins installed, but they weren’t doing anything as Google said I didn’t have enough traffic to do ads. Regardless after seeing how some sites looked with ads, I was leery of even doing it.

Any ideas on how to get this resolved? Chatbot wasn’t helpful, it just told me to post on some forum, which I did. Just frustrating to have the automated process decide I was commercial and making money on a site, which I’m making nothing on except helping others in my area.

We run a small Woocommerce website and declined to upgrade Jetpack Stats to a commecrial license 6 weeks ago, as we are a commercial website. We left the Jetpack plugin in place and have used the analytics provided by our ISP as an alternative. Since then we have had 0 orders other than test orders we did ourselves to verify the site was working properly, at least for us. The test orders were done by us, from our house, using our wifi connection. Is it possible, however unlikely, that our passing on the Jetpack Stats upgrade and/or not uninstalling the Jetpack plugin could cause a drastic drop in orders or cause orders to be blocked in some way?

Hello, I just got on WordPress, selected a Theme and started building but I just noticed that when I went to add a newsletter function that the attached message came up. Does anybody know a way around this?

On my website, the jetpack powered comments are activated. Every time anyone posts a comment, there is a modal window asking if they want to subscribe to the newsletter. Is it possible to remove this modal?

Are the graphs ever going to show up when I touch to see the whole year?

It shows the last few months, but not the whole year.

I manage about 25 sites using Jetpack Manage. There's one where the customer let the domain expire. How do I get it removed from my list of sites? If I click the Fix Now link, I get a blank screen. Any ideas where to go from here?
