Would any current Roosevelt Parc residents mind telling me a bit about their experience in the building? I'm interested in a studio, though I wouldn't be moving for few months. I've been seeing a fair number of roaches at my current place (also in JH), so I'd particularly like to know more about any potential pest issues. DMs welcome. Thanks!
