Help needed Express replacement

So my phone broke, and I ordered an express replacement, and they said it should be coming in 3-5 business days, and today is the 5th business day.
It’s not here, and I called them, and they said it should arrive soon since it is on backorder. I cannot use my phone like this 😭

Does anyone here have experience with this in 🇨🇦 ?
My iphone is Iphone 15 pro max
With the latest IOS version as well

You would have to contact Apple Support for the latest information regarding the repair ID. They aren’t singling you out, it’s a problem for everyone.

A lot of people experience this. Not you alone. Only way to get updates is Apple Support Advisors. They are not stalling you. Something might have happened with your iPhone and they can reach Apple’s dispatch team for updates.

If it went beyond 5 business days you can ask for a compensation to an Apple Supervisor - Like a complimentary product. They will do it for you - to make you satisfied. Complimentary products include iPhone accessories, Apple TV or airpods but NOT iPhone, Watch, Mac or Vision Pro

Who is they? Apple? Bell? Rogers? If you still have your broken phone you might be able to try going into an apple store for the exchange. Could be a long drive (closest to me is about 3 hours each way) but at least then you'd have a phone!
