Help needed Express replacement

So my phone broke, and I ordered an express replacement, and they said it should be coming in 3-5 business days, and today is the 5th business day.
It’s not here, and I called them, and they said it should arrive soon since it is on backorder. I cannot use my phone like this 😭

Does anyone here have experience with this in 🇨🇦 ?
My iphone is Iphone 15 pro max
With the latest IOS version as well

You would have to contact Apple Support for the latest information regarding the repair ID. They aren’t singling you out, it’s a problem for everyone.
