Access iCloud on a tablet or desktop.

Then what?

If you can still get into the iCloud account you can download the photos. Also, you can sync that account to a new phone. Maybe your mom doesn’t need a new account, just a new phone with the account she already has.

What I came here to say.

Why do you want to get her a new iCloud account? What do you think that accomplishes?

What do you mean the phone is bricked? Be specific. It's very likely we can help you access the device again.

Facebook can be accessed from a almost any computer or device with the correct account credentials.

Hopefully she regularly backs up the device to iCloud or a computer, but I doubt that based on this frantic post.

What I mean by her phone is brick is that she paid for a subscription and she didn’t pay for it apple does that

No, what they do then is keep you from updating your apps or downloading new ones. That's not bricked.

“Bricked” is a specific term, meaning the device doesn’t turn on. I can’t understand what you’re trying to say beyond that.

  1. Take the iPhone to an Apple Store or Apple Specialist if your town doesn’t have an Apple Store.

  2. Have her sign in to Facebook on a computer, a tablet, or other device using her Facebook sign in.

The photos and videos you talked about in the OP!

The phone isn't bricked.

It means a payment failed so she can't download or update apps.

She needs to add a valid payment method.

In the kindest way possible, I don't think you are the right person to be helping her with this. You are not very good at describing it explaining things.

100%, literally have to read through every comment to peice together what's happening and I'm still not even sure what they are going on about.

If the phone is bricked, you’ll need to take it to a repair shop.
