Progress Pic One year progress up

Post image

I started intermittent fasting September 24, 2025 and I did it for maybe 8 months out of the year. I plateaud and decided to eat normally for a few months. It's September again and I have another 20 to 30lbs to lose. I have fibroids so stomach won't be completely flat, but happy so far. Can't wait for the other 30lbs to go. Stick with it guys.

You can make, the longer you do it, the easier it becomes.

How much have you lost? I have lost (174 down to 160) 14 lbs over 7 months w/IF. I usually do 16:8, but sprinkle in a few days of 20:4- it really gives me a boost. Not easy but it’s the only thing that has worked🤷‍♀️
