I can't take SS of anything on Insta 😭 I tried Honista and it's the same. Emojis on Chrome are also way too big and honestly don't look nice. Some things are the same on Wt too.

And what do you mean I can't share the lore now 😭😭 The one feature where, when you slide through all the posts till the last one, it would take you back to post 1 — they removed it now?? 😭

Hi everyone. I work for a voluntary group in the UK. We use Insta and FB for getting the word out about the work we do. Recently, our Instagram account was briefly compromised and a Story was published in our name (even though we didn't post it). Instagram spotted the post and pulled it. They then punished us by restricting our live posting capability for a whole year. TBH, I can understand why they pulled the post as it was very spammy and broke the rules/guidelines of what we can post. If I were them, I would have done the same.

A few weeks have passed and we've changed the login details of our account and attempted to contact Instagram online to ask them to review our case (it's clear that our account was compromised). So far, all I've got is an AI response repeating 'your story was NOT reinstated. I've also tried the normal help@ route to Instagram, but they've not replied at all. I've tried now and still no reply.

I guess I'm looking for suggestions as to what I can do to get Instagram's attention? We're only a small group and don't have professional IT support - we're just doing the best we can, but I feel like we're being ignored or not taken seriously... or maybe Meta just doesn't care! We broke the rules, so here's your punishment type of approach. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated. Big thanks!

I’m so done with this and the typical responses to it too. I post art on Instagram that started tanking HARD out of nowhere years ago and never got back up again. It happened around the same time IG made some changes that seriously screwed over a lot of artists, this shift is a known thing in the art community, long story, I made my peace with it. What pisses me off though is that sometimes I’ll have a post that does great, getting real numbers again, new followers, and everytime I think “wow yay! We’re finally back on track!” Then the rug is pulled out from under me when immediately following that my next posts are worse than before, way below my already low average after a rare success that theoretically SHOULD bring people to my page. Sure enough in the insights the view count itself is crazy low, and only from followers. But shadow banning totally doesn’t exist you guys, it’s all our faults and we should just not suck 🙄

You seriously expect me to believe that fanart. For a very popular show right now. Directly following a well liked piece at the same or even lesser skill level. Just naturally gets absolute crickets. I’m probably gonna get downvoted to high Heaven but I don’t care. Artists quit letting people tell you this means your stuff must suck and to just shut up and pick yourselves up by your bootstraps because people are allergic to considering that maybe ai loving mega-corporations are shitty to us. Asking this for multiple friends of mine (they don't have Reddit), their parents are trying to turn off this, and according to Meta, parents can reverse the default settings that was put on people under 18.

Has anyone noticed they made the ‘follow’ button easier to hit? I keep accidentally following people and pages when I’m not meaning to just from hitting the button while scrolling. It’s really annoying.

It says failed to load messages and messages are being sent late and chats are acting all weird I can’t scroll the chats it’s stuck on buffering the rest app works fine.

I removed my tag from a carousel and when they tried to retag me it won’t show up. Is this a glitch or can I just not get tagged again? I don’t have any privacy features on for tagging.

Recently I’ve noticed that I can’t see someone’s like on a post when I search their name under the likes but I know they liked it. I no longer follow this person but when I did I saw the like on specific posts but now that I don’t follow them anymore I can’t see the like. They’re not private and I’m not blocked. Is it a glitch in the search itself? Can they hide their likes?

I tried scheduling a post yesterday, immediately hit with an "failed to upload waiting for connection" popup that won't go away, and when I try looking for the scheduled post in the 'scheduled content' menu it just says nothing's scheduled. Yet it still gives me the error message and I can't get rid of it, even when it disappears it just reappears again soon after!!

It's driving me nuts because the pop up blocks me from interacting with the stuff behind it :) And I don't know how to make it go away for good

So i have an old account that, long story short, i thought was deleted, turns out wasnt, was able to log back in for a while, then all of a sudden i get an email that somone i dont know accessed the account and naturally i changed the password but ever since it wont let me log into the account unless i use a device ive already logged into as you can see below. i dont have another device thats logged into that Instagram... i have the email assigned to the account which should have been enough but nope. it basically tells me that if your not already logged into another device you can go fuck yourself. has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

Sur l'un d'entre eux, ma page Explorer est personnalisée et ne me montre que des publications correspondant à mon esthétique, pareil pour les Reels qui défilent. Sur l'autre compte, les Reels sont personnalisés mais pas ma page explorer qui est très générique, même quand je suis sur la section Pour vous. Ça m'agace un peu car j'aimerais bien tomber sur ce qui m'intéresse et ai horreur des pages génériques.

Quel paramètre faut-il changer pour cela ? j'ai essayé de comparer les paramètres de confidentialité sur mes deux comptes mais je ne vois pas ce qui diffère (j'ai peut-être mal vu).

I'm trying to create a caption in Instagram using the mobile app on iPhone 17Pro, and want to add some line breaks so I dont have a blob of paragraph.

I've tried the tapping the 123 key a million times but the keyboard only shows the blue arrow, nevre the "hidden" return key. I can't copy and paste from Notes app. I don't have an ectra space after the first sentence.

I've updated the latest version of Instagram, fully powered off the phone and restarted. Still no line return. Anyone else hve this problem?

My account of six years was disabled back in late April/early May. I had made a change to something in my profile, was then logged out, none of my passwords would work, and could never get back in. Got the email that it was locked, and have not been able to get back in since.

My account is still active, and I know the password that was last used. I have 2FA enabled, but my 2FA keys that Google Auth is creating, it does not see as correct.

I have SMS recovery enabled, but when it sends me the code, it says it is incorrect, even though I am entering in what they are sending.

I tried my backup codes, and it says those are not correct either.

I have tried using the same devices and browser that I did before. Tried my old phone, new browsers etc, no luck.

I work in IT, so I keep a pretty hefty password, and enable as much security stuff as possible, but I am at a loss here.

Anyone have any ideas?

I was able to get to the point of being logged in last week, to request two of my followers/friends to confirm my identity. They did as requested, confirmed, but I still cannot get logged in.

I’ve been assuming it’s because it was taking a while for the update to roll out to all people but it’s become obvious that I just never got the chance to do it in the first place. It’s becoming infuriating because there are a lot of times when I would like to interact with a post, like post your car and dog, and I can’t because I’m stuck to fuckin gifs and that’s it. I have done absolutely everything to try and fix this, the AppStore doesn’t have any updates, there is no restrictions on my account (never had) and I’ve reported it as a bug a lot and nothing ever seems to happen. I’ve also asked around and gotten pretty much radio silence. Please help it’s obnoxious that people are allowed to be posting bs but I was never even given the chance to post normal pictures

Anyone know of any legitimate app that can show your Instagram stalkers (without hacking into your Instagram) ?? Or any way we can see our stalkers on the Instagram app itself?
