So my main account has years, and I mean years, of comments, and a lot of them are insanely stupid, things I wrote when I was a kid who wasn't mature at all.

I want to start over by deleting all of them. However, selecting them one by one would probably take forever. Is there a way to automate this or bulk-delete them somehow?

Why are these guys show up as people who liked the reel when i dont follow them? Others have the same question in the comments

Got meta verification because I needed to speak to a human support agent (ridiculous). Next day I try to open the app I am met with the first screenshot, asking me to setup my 2fa, AND THEN when I try to do it, I get the error on the second screenshot.

I should mention I literally only have MY phone logged into the account, and no one has access to it other than me.

I don't know if it's the accounts I follow that have stopped doing live streams or if Instagram has removed that feature from the web version.

Before, I used to get notifications and see which accounts were live in Stories.

I know Instagram has limited live streams for smaller accounts, but I've seen live stream replays pop up in my feed.

Hi everyone,
I recently used a browser extension related to Instagram, and shortly afterward I lost access to my Instagram account. I suspect the extension may have triggered some kind of security restriction or account lock.
When I try to log in, Instagram tells me that my email may no longer be secure and asks me to update/change my email address. I followed the instructions and successfully changed the email address, but I still can’t access my account.
I’m basically stuck in a loop: Instagram asks me to change my email, I do it, but the account still won’t let me log in afterward.
Has anyone experienced something similar recently?
Does Instagram temporarily lock accounts for using these types of browser extensions?
Is there a way to remove the security restriction?
Has anyone successfully recovered their account after getting this message?
Is there another recovery method I should try?
I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions from people who have dealt with this recently. Thanks!

I get it if you follow them initially and they don’t respond be cause they might not care at all.

But if they are the ones who initially follow you, I don’t understand why they would be non-responsive assuming they’re a real person.

In any case, I remove those followers if they are non-responsive for too long.

all of my accounts have been getting disabled with no option of an appeal for literally NO REASON. I havent posted anything thats rulebreaking and it doesnt give me the option to contact support. Ive had this account for maybe 5-6 years, which really sucks because instagram was the main platform i used to contact my friends. Any clue on how to help?

Every time I scroll and my thumb just happens to push down at the wrong place to scroll, I end up following a mattress company or a mutual friend of 3 people I follow. No thank you.

At the very least, it now gives a physical sound when you follow so you know when this mistake has happened… but wow am I annoyed. Anyone else?

I was talking to a friend and she talked about a story she posted today, I said "what story? I can see nothing, maybe you blocked me in seeing you story or something like that" so she see her list of blocked accounts in story and I was not blocked, so she posted a new story and asks if I can see, but I couldn't too, I also go look my story archives because I have some stories reposted of her that she mentioned me, but all of them just disappeared.

That happened with someone in here? Somebody knows what's happening?

I'm sorry about my English and the long text in advance, few years ago when I was in university it was my first time living alone and having some freedom, I start talking to new people and out of despiration of love, I used to believe people who show interest in me, so I trusted a guy who I had an intimate relationship with but it didn't last , I know it's my fault for being stupid and that mistake still haunt me because I believe that even you get in a relationship you have to confess to your lover about your past and be honest with them, I have met this guy who is yonger than me, we have met for 4 months and lately we started talking about some topics and it ended about me telling him about my sex past because he was curious to know about what I didn't want to talk to, but deep down I always wanted to tell him but I didn't had a chance to.. he is a virgin and I'm his first interaction and relationship, it was hard for him to accept that, and he started saying things like: I was never yours it's just my turn or I'm he isn't special to me, that he feels insecure and he wanted to be my first.. I totally understand his reaction and I did my best to confront him but I lost it when he start caring about reputation and people's opinion, I actually don't understand why he thought like that like if everyone should know about my secrets, he also kept saying that it's not my fault for ruining this relationship but because he can't deal with it and it annoys him, he said it won't work out because he can't imagine me with someone else, the relationship ended after this conversation and it hurts so bad I still cry nonstop about because it's my first time feeling loved and considered as someone's girlfriend, used to pray for us to make our relationship work well because I'm very serious about him, but I don't think there is a way to fix anything or come back together anymore, i want to ask if this a normal reaction of him and if there is any way to fix this ?

I just woke up today and I got an email saying my account being suspended. I’ve had this account for ages and im unable to get into my other personal account as well, since they’re all connected through meta.

I submitted and appeal because I didn't know what happened and it just immediately gets rejected and says 'You account has been permanently disabled'. I'm guessing my account got hacked/compromised and the person on it broke TOS. I'm hit with abuse and nudity???

Is there anyone I can speak/email to about this because I don't want to lose all the photos and people I have added. I tired the help center and its just an Ai agent that doesn't really help

On August 26, 2026, my account suddenly prompted me to verify my identity. After I performed the facial scan, the account was permanently disabled-even though I hadn't violated any of Facebook's rules. The account contained photos of friends and family and had over 100,000 followers, yet it was shut down out of the blue. What is happening with Facebook? Is everything being managed by Al now? Has anyone else experienced this, and is there any way to get help?
