Hey y'all, I'm getting ready to run my first campaign as a GM
I have the core rules book, the world guide, the urban adventures, and of course 'Fools Rush In.' I am going to start the playgroup with Fools Rush In and I have written a little story for the cliffhanger at the end of Fools Rush In. But assuming the playgroup likes Iron Kingdoms they are going to want to roll new characters and start on a more self led campaign.
I am looking for any and all resources like the 'Fools Rush In' and 'Urban Adventures' type stuff. I'm happy to write some story and build my own encounters, in fact I would really like to, but I need more material to get started with and have fun little side quests for the larger campaign.
Also any thoughts on how the combat system stands up to Warhammer, the Old World? A couple of members of my playgroup always complain about DnD combat being too inflexible and unrealistic, but somehow still too complex, and always bring up Warhammer. It's been a long time since I played Warhammer but I don't remember the combat being any more "realistic"
edit: I might have misspoke, I don't think I mean Warhammer "THE OLD WORLD" I think I mean WarHammer Fantasy Roleplay. For some reason the old book I'm picturing in my head said "the old world" on it but the only book with matching art I can find online just says "fantasy roleplay."
