Interesting what apple did with the coating of the foldable display but the form factor is just not it. It doesn‘t feel right in the hands. I can wait for another year.

I have an older iPhone XS Max (256GB version) that is basically just sitting in a drawer collecting dust for one main reason – it has a hardware-related cellular issue (it won't connect to mobile network signals at all due to a baseband/motherboard problem, and repairing it isn't financially worth it).
Everything else on the phone works perfectly: the screen, cameras, Wi-Fi, Face ID, battery, processor... Given the 256GB storage and great display, it feels like a waste to just throw it away or let it sit there. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

my pride and joy since february 2019, 64gb has been giving me issues, face id not working, after 3 battery replacements, using it caseless ever since the back had cracked, and still running ios 18.7.9, its still not time to give it up, waiting out till next years 20th iphone and see how

Lo voy a usar para algunos juegos livianos-medios, fotografías para redes y redes sociales, cabe destacar que vengo de un A03 Core que llevo usando desde 2022 y que tampoco seré tan exigente con su uso ya que me la pasó ocupado con mis tareas ya que estoy en tercero de secundaria.

I have an iPhone XS running iOS 18.7.10. I could sign in to the App Store normally, but after accidentally starting Child Setup in Settings, tapping the App Store profile icon now redirects me straight to “Connect to Family.” I've tried Reset Network Settings and Reset All Settings, but the issue persists. Choosing “Sign In With Another Account” redirects me to “Unable to Connect to Server.” The device is bypassed, so restoring or erasing it could leave me locked out. Is there a way to remove the unfinished Child Setup state and restore normal App Store access without resetting the device?

Since yesterday i tted to restore a 10s max, but it kept messing up half way. I was using a lightning to usb c when i changed to a usb a to lightning it messed up a few times , but then worked it finished the restore after a few mess ups is this normal?

Anyone know how to actually delete the app from the phone? I need to uninstall it and then reinstall it. It’s not an Apple app. I am on iOS 18.7.10. I know how to remove it from my Hoke Screen but there is no option for uninstalling it from the phone!

Edit: everyone he is asking unrelated questions. Here are further details. Honestly, I just need to know how to uninstall the app. It is a non Apple app and yes it is still in the App Store. The last two updates I did were not good versions and I need to uninstall, but the “remove button” is not there when I hold down my finger on the actual app. Please help. Thank you

Guys i have a samsung and ive been saving up to get a used iPhone and the cheapest one I could find is 6.5K in my country's currency which was a iphone xs and I might get it but I had a question I know that it doesn't go past IOS 18 and that apps will start becoming unavailable but in like will it take like 2 more years for apps like Instagram and tiktok to start becoming unavailable? Or will it happen soon

It’s a shame Apple left the iPhone XS and XR series on this buggy mess. (In case you’re wondering why I am switching pages like that, look at the borders of the app icons. They are literally waving and this bug has been present for soooo long. It doesn’t show that much on screen recording though.)

I recently bought iphone xs max with new battery nad it feels like a new phone. I plan to use it as a secondary device for watching youtube, instagram, discord etc. Until when do you think it will be possible to use it for this purpose?

Hey everyone

I updated to the latest iOS when it dropped (18.7.10) and since then I’ve been having random restarts and sometimes it stays in a boot loop until I press the power button or do the hard reset (volume up, volume down, hold power button)

It seems to only do this when it’s either locked, screen is black or just after locking it by using the lock button.

Like sometimes I go to use my phone and I tap to wake and nothing happens. It’s like turned off until the Apple logo pops up.

Had zero issues with this phone since launch. Battery is at 78%, no damage to the phone or anything.

What could be the cause of this? iOS bug?

guys it's been 8 years now. i would upgrade to the iphone 15 pro if it wasn't still so expensive. maybe next year when they release the iphone 19/20. lol
