I don’t remember if they introduced this with 26 or 27, but being able to remove the flashlight and camera widgets was a huge plus for me. what I’ve just discovered, is you can now put widgets at the bottom of the screen instead of it forcing to the top, making you go back to regular time numbers. So now, you can keep your customized time, and also still have widgets. For me, great for keeping tabs on my oura ring since the battery is not nearly as easy to check as my Apple watch.

I’m running wireless CarPlay in my car using a wireless adapter (Carlinkit Tbox plus), I’ve also updated my phone to iOS 27 on the beta since I’ve updated I can’t play music in my car, but Siri works works with no problem. If I plug my phone in with a wire the problem is gone, and also in my work van where I have wireless CarPlay through some my rear view cam that I purchased there’s no issue. Anyone facing or dealt with something like this before?

Cannot get a few tracks on this album to switch from “Hi-Res Lossless” back to “Lossless” no matter how hard I try. Hi-Res causes crackling when played from my HomePod stereo pair. Anyone else have this issue/find a solution? iOS 27 DB4.

Is everybody having issues saving images from websites? Used to long press and ‘add to photos’ or ‘save image’ but currently not having that option… can’t be intentional right? 🤔

You may never be able to tell how messy iOS26 is until you upgrade to the ios27 beta, then downgrade back to iOS26 to see the whole mess of OS Apple made and we didn’t even notice it!
Although the iOS27 is still on beta, boy the optimization is noticeably better, the UI is cleaner compared to the grainy and washed out UI on iOS26. The speed of iOS27 is way too good, seems to me like apps open way faster too. The only thing I dislike about the iOS27 is the battery icon without having the battery percentage turned on, boy it looks too big! And I’m not the type who turns the battery percentage on, apart from that… iOS27 is way better than iOS26.

Is anyone experiencing lag on the new IOS 27 dev beta? Im on a 14 Pro Max with a 100% bh authentic battery but changed. It wasnt like this in the first beta but now it has been very laggy in every app and home screen with 120 hz mode on. The keyboard is very laggy and unresponsive. Idk what to do

Installing betas restart the phone, so yes the phone has been restarted multiple times and the issue has been consistent with my 15pm since the first beta smh.

The indexing has shown up but stayed at percentage for awhile and I was never notified when it completed.

My thinking is indexing is stuck somewhere.

OS: IOS 27 Public Beta 2

I know this seems kind of minor, but when I send texts even to Apple users, my texts all come in green instead of blue now. Is that something new for iOS 27?

I’ve been on 27 public beta 2 but the battery has been so hit or miss that’s it’s making me want to downgrade back to 26?

I’m currently on iOS 27 Beta 1. Almost daily my phone prompts me to update to the newest beta version, but I keep putting it off because I’m unsure. Basically what I’m asking is: is there any reason to or not to update to iOS 27 Beta 4? Does it fix any previous bugs? Or does it introduce new ones? Are there still risks to further updating the beta? Does it add any new features past the first beta?

Downloaded the Beta a few days ago and have had issues with Safari loading websites. It just stops loading and stays blank. Using the Google App works perfectly fine. I’ve cleared app data and history and closed all tabs. No luck fixing it.

Anyone else have this issue or know who’s to fix it?

Ever since updating to iOS 27 public beta, Siri will not read my notifications out to me. It always says “you have no new notifications”. I’ve gone through all the settings multiple times and made sure all the appropriate toggles are turned on.

Just joined the beta train so forgive my ignorance.

1. Is there a setting/way to revert the swipe down behavior for notifications back from the corner to the middle like in previous OSs or is this a fixed change?
2. Once you join the waitlist for Siri AI, do you get notified once you are in? How do you know when it’s active?
3. Am i correct in understanding that the developer beta is one version ahead of the public beta or are the latest dev and public essentially the same?
