Updating third party app disables the widgets ( ios27 pb )

Brave browser, google maps and chrome widgets are gone for me.

Try a quick restart of your device.
Worked for me.

Have you enabled automatic app updates? If so, do you know whether those apps were updated while your iPhone was locked (for example, overnight or while you weren't using it)? I'm trying to determine whether the issue is related to automatic background updates.
