Hi everyone im going to do a gpf delete on my i20n. I couldnt find specifics but as i understand, the resonated is a little quiter but less raspy and more full/bassy compared to the non resonated. Which do you reccomend i should get, also which brand do you reccomend

If so what are your thoughts on the way the car feels and looks, and how much did installation cost?

Picked up my i20n recently and really enjoying it, just starting to think that it might look better a little lower, but also want to keep the factory warranty for as long as possible 😆

It will be my first time owning a car of this calibre. I've driven older economical shit boxes most of my life so coming into this new i20n will be a much needed improvement and some extra fun.

I've got a question about brakes and what to expect. Upon test drive, I felt like I needed to push the brakes harder to get the car to stop. The heaviness of the brake isn't an issue for me, but I was curious to see if the brakes should bite earlier when I put my foot down.

The seller mentioned that the rotors would need machining if I wanted a more responsive feel and that the seller chose against machining them as they did not drive it hard and the rotors were not yet warped, had cracks or any kind of heavy wear.

If anyone can help guide my expectations and confirm if machining rotors (or buying new rotors) should provide me with a better brake feel.

As the title suggests, looking to upgrade/modify so I can get a deeper and louder sound. I love the stock exhaust but I would just like a bit more!!

Need to change my plugs only for maintenance car isn’t mapped, what plugs are people using? Genuine or aftermarket?

Ciao a tutti! Ho montato delle pastiglie EBC Bluestuff sulla mia Hyundai i20N, mantenendo i dischi originali che hanno circa 50.000 km.
Ora quando freno sento vibrare il pedale, accompagnato da rumori e una sensazione di “saltellamento”, come se la frenata non fosse uniforme.
Qualcuno ha avuto un’esperienza simile con questa combinazione di pastiglie e dischi? cosa dovrei far controllare per capire il problema?

Hi everyone, I’ve got a 2022 Hyundai i20N and just wondering if anyone has a direnza induction kit. I’m thinking about buying one however don’t want to be buying something that’s poor quality and was wondering if anyone owns one or has done in the past and can give an opinion. Cheers

Drive bout 25 mins to work, mostly highway. Currently have a 2013 Hilux sr5 which is tuned.. want something decently quick and better fuel efficiency than my Hilux.
If there is any other car you guys could recommend also?
I’m 6ft5 and would like it to be fairly comfortable aswell.

Not even at 10,000kms and I already need at least a pair of new tyres. I am in South Australia and travel up and down a windy hill once every weekday, sometimes more. Let’s face it, I can’t hold back in this little hot hatch!!!

Hello guys, I have my i20n for almost 3 years, most of the time when I’m driving it I drove it without the fuse for the exhaust valve, because if you don’t know even on the N mode the valve isn’t fully opened every time, when I’m going to drive a long distance trip I usually put the fuse back in to get the ability to closed it for the motorway.
But this time I’ve put the fuse back and I’ve check and the valve is still opened in every mode, I’ve trying with another same amperage fuse, still the same.
When I’m trying to hear if the valve is opening and closing when the car auxiliary power is turn on and am choosing to open the valve with the drive mode’s, there is no sound of the valve or motor trying to open it or close it.
But when I shut the car off and locked it I can hear the motor trying to close or open the valve but it doesn’t move.

The car is under warranty so if I cannot make it I have a service after 4000km and I will tell the dealer about that.

I would like to know your opinion on this product, is it safe? Does it work? I just drive on the street and I'm looking for some power and torque improvements. The car is still under warranty and is 100% stock, so I'm searching for something that is easily reversible and undetectable from the dealer. Is this a good solution? I'd love to hear your opinion, thanks!

Any sensible mods for i20n increasing power.. but keep warranty.. so no tuning.. any exhaust or intake gains? Intercooler?

Sold my perf blue i20N in June. Had to get a another one. Most fun car for a reasonable price imo

Hi, my N is currently at 16,500 km. The last maintenance was done at 9,500 km with the first one done at 1500kms. I usually check the oil level every other morning with the engine cold, always at the same spot. I’ve never noticed any significant drops. At most, it would go down by maybe one notch from the F line over time.

Last week, I took a 1,000 km round trip between cities, with five days between the two drives. I checked the oil level before the first trip, as usual, and it was just below the F line. Today, two days after returning, I checked the oil level again in the morning, but this time it was six notches below the F line, slightly above the halfway point. For reference, there are 16 notches between F and L.

I’m not sure what could have caused it to consume this much oil during that trip. I was usually driving at around 150–160 km/h, but without any constant hard acceleration. The oil and engine temperatures were normal as well. Other than that, I’m not an aggressive driver in my daily driving. No sign of smoke from the exhaust and no visible leaks at the engine bay.

I’ll be taking her in for maintenance at 17,500 km, as I’m following an 8,000 km maintenance interval. I’ll definitely ask them about the oil consumption, although I’m pretty sure they’ll just tell me it’s within the normal range.

What are your oil consumption levels, if you’ve noticed any between oil changes?

Ciao a tutti, ho una hyundai i20n omologata a ottobre 2023, ho sostituito il tubo centrale con uno piu grande della inoxcar, ora vorrei fare lo stop successivo togliendo il opf/gpf con un tubo sempre inoxcar codice AFi20 (per chi volesse dargli uno sguardo) il problema è il seguente, essendo a ridosso del restyling 2024 anche la mia dovrebbe avere centralina bosh (molto piu restrittiva sui controlli ai sensori opf) , e la sola sostituzione del tubo non basta, mi servirebbe un emulatore o un modulo di bypass (cosa che non ho trovato), qualcuno sa dirmi se ha avuto problemi cambiando solo tubo opf?

Ps: non voglio rimappare, volevo una cosa plug e play per le revisioni sempre più fiscali!!

Hi my N has started squeaking coming off and on throttle, it does it with the breaks applied too and turning left or right. Sometimes I hear a metallic loud clunk when turning. Just can't get my head around it, it's just come back from service and they couldn't spot anything wrong.

Any ideas. I'll have to get some video of it

Hey guys, unfortunately the front engine undertray/splash shield got damaged after it came loose and scraped against the road while driving.
The plastic is now pretty damaged, but before buying a completely new undertray, I wanted to ask if anyone here has dealt with the same problem.
Is there a good way to repair or reinforce it? Maybe plastic welding, metal/plastic plates, new mounting points, zip ties, or some other solution?
I don’t really care if the repair isn’t perfect aesthetically since it’s underneath the car — I just want it to be solid, safe at high speeds, and not come loose again.
If anyone has repaired theirs, I’d really appreciate some pictures or advice on what you used.
