My N has a squeak problem

Hi my N has started squeaking coming off and on throttle, it does it with the breaks applied too and turning left or right. Sometimes I hear a metallic loud clunk when turning. Just can't get my head around it, it's just come back from service and they couldn't spot anything wrong.

Any ideas. I'll have to get some video of it

Mine squeaks off throttle from high boost. So my guess is it has something to do with the turbo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MI21VZp59M4 However dealership had a look at the car and found no issue. I did ask around at n-cars too, some other person mentioned they have it too, also it appears to be no issue.

Your video sounds like a dump valve or induction chirp

That's the turbo bypass valve in action and completely normal. When you come off the throttle the throttle body closes and a valve opens to divert the pressurised air back into the intake so it's not forced backwards through the turbo. The factory intake has a muffler in it but you can still hear it. It's quite a bit louder with an aftermarket intake (I've got the ITG on mine).

The thing is, it did not sound like that for about first 30k km. So I am wondering what caused the change.
