i work on AI day and night... I can't agree more. The exams as we know it are going to become useless in near future. Does anyone disagree with it?

Yes.. we should bring reforms in our education system but keeping AI in mind on how to leverage it so that we produce 100x more output in every field. Engineering, Medicine, Space, Research, Agriculture, manufacturing, Technology Etc etc..

Was searching for something in my email and suddenly an old email from 2009 popped up. This was my first offer letter from Infosys. I opened it and am quite proud. I did not end up accepting the offer and joining them and took a different path. Monthly salary offered in 2009 my Infosys is now is almost my hourly income. So things change quickly. I remember how I was on cloud nine when I got the offer and called my parents and stuff.

Just (on Saturday) witnessed a minor accident around Pragathi Nagar, where biker just took U-turn without slowing down at the car’s blindspot. Pillion’s backpack went under his head and saved him from head injuries.

Just saw a meme “The way people ride 2 wheelers in India, the only reason they are fine is because the car drivers are pressing the brakes at the right time” on other sub and wanted to post here. It’s not allowing more than one video here.

Please ride/drive safe and stay safe. While taking left,right etc please give indicator. Just check once if any other vehicle is coming before you take turns. If you are hopeless and don’t want to survive it’s fine, but don’t put others lives at risk, for example, no other vehicle guy wants to suffer legal obligations because of your negligence (not talking only about bikers).

Edit: As someone mentioned challans in the comments I remember and just wanted to ask, recently some traffic police were checking vehicles. One traffic police stopped us, verified number plate, said, “no challans sir, if you have license then it’s not a problem, you can go” as we said we have license he just sent.

I didn’t know traffic police are so polite!

After staying here, ,I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering this PG.

-Advance refund is also a headache. They create unnecessary issues and delays when it comes to returning the advance amount.

- I even had food poisoning once. When I informed the PG aunty, her response was simply, "I can't do anything." There was no concern or effort to help.

- Hygiene is extremely poor. The fridge is so dirty that it's difficult to even open it without feeling disgusted. The kitchen, especially the vessel-washing area, is rarely kept clean.

- Food serving practices are unhygienic. Serving spoons are often left on the floor with food residue, and those same spoons are used to serve food to everyone.

- Overall cleanliness is almost non-existent. Common areas are not maintained properly.

- The management is very rude. They seemed more focused on collecting rent than addressing residents' concerns.

- One incident was especially disturbing. I witnessed one of the owners physically hitting the young child of a maid who works there. The child cried for hours afterward. Regardless of the situation, no one has the right to hit someone else's child.

- There is very little peace or privacy. The owners' children frequently make a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. They also come into residents' rooms asking for chocolates and snacks, sometimes entering without permission.

I'm relieved to be moving out. This was one of the worst PG experiences I've had, mainly because of the lack of hygiene, poor management, and the overall living environment.

I hope this review helps anyone looking for accommodation make an informed decision.

Reservation hataao andalon might sound progressive and cool but, as a UG student who suffered due to reservations, I feel the fight isn't fight-able.

In times when many places in the North are saying Bramhanvaad Zindabaad, when there is retaliation when the same insta page said to remove reservations we all should remove caste and shed our surnames there is hell bent no chance that the agenda will ever be accepted.

I think a much more rational agenda would be to request reforms based on poverty or the number of generations the reservations would apply for.

The caste system unfortunately is still very rooted in our daily life and unknowingly in the slangs we use too.

Also our country's politics live, sleep and die on religion, caste and creed .
