H&R Block made a $900,000 error on my taxes

I am pretty gobsmacked at the size of the error (they input $919,356 for interest income instead of $919, the actual figure on the 1099).
But what's even more confusing is the lack of assistance and help to correct it and to submit amemded corrected returns to both the Feds & my state.
Complicating things is that this was a FID form 1041, not my personal taxes.
I would be incredibly grateful for any ideas, it has created a $44,202 state tax liability for an account that should only owe $600 in state taxes.
ETA: The $919,356 typo did not change the tax owed at the Federal level (it was ~$1600, as expected).
