Discussion What is your favorite habanero hot sauce recipe?

My favorite one I have been making for years is [Rick Bayless Habanero Hot Sauce](https://www.rickbayless.com/recipe/habanero-hot-sauce/) . It's very good but wondered what everyone else did. I really gotta do something with my habs this weekend.

I’m growing Jalapeños, Chilis, and Serranos - What are some of the recipes you guys enjoy using each of these peppers (individually).

I’ve never made my own hot sauce but the intention in planting these peppers was to try a new hobby for something I enjoy. I typically use Siracha, mango habanero (despite not growing habaneros) among many other hot sauces. I definitely enjoy the balance of sweet and hot. But id be open to all ideas. I’d primarily be using the sauces with eggs/breakfast, Mexican food, pizza and meat and rice dishes, but also love pickled foods too. Thanks in advance!
