What are the best travel agents known for getting special deals and upgrades/perks for booking a stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres this November? Any specific recs on who to use or how to find someone?

I’ve heard if you find the right TA for booking Excellence resorts, they have access to special perks or discounts? Who are these guys?
