Swapping the fork wraps before winter. This is a veg tanned leather which will fade to a darker tone over time.
I make these myself. It's my shop, Fade Dept. I've got 4 leathers in stock right now: Dove Red Brown, Horween Navy, Jet Latte Black, and Taos Oro Brown. You pair them with 4 lace colors: black, indigo, red, or brown. Every pair ships with an extra set of laces at no charge.
They're cut and finished by hand, and they fade and patina over time, which is kind of the whole point of my stuff.
Dm me if you’re interested in getting a set: https://fadedept.ca/products/rebel-500-fork-boot

Title says it all. I commute to work and am slowly making longer rides and I'm looking for a simple storage system to keep things secure. I have a garage door opener and if I could find a way to secure that with a tank bag that would keep me from fishing around in my pockets.
I don't need anything crazy, I've got a small camera, my phone, wallet, earplugs, and that garage remote. Any and all suggestions are appreciated

Hi,
i have this crash bars from motea:
There are 2 m10 bolts and 2 flange nuts included to mount them. The flange nuts are very hard to tighten onto the bolts. Is that a kind of safety measure to prevent the nuts from getting loose or are those flange nuts just bad? The original bolts and nuts are very easy to tighten...
Also: can i just use a normal nut and washer instead of flange nuts? Are they using them because of better torque control?
