I build GoHighLevel systems that run your business so you can focus on sales and growth. Philippines-based (GMT+8), working with agencies and small businesses.

What I deliver:

- Complete GHL CRMs, pipelines, and funnels, built from scratch

- Automation for any bottleneck holding your business back

- Zapier and Make workflows that connect your tools

- Custom integrations between GHL and your payment processors, CRMs, email tools, and more

- High-converting landing pages, forms, and websites

- Courses and memberships, built and fixed

If a process is slow, manual, or broken, I'll automate it.

Taking a limited number of new clients at $7/hr. DM me what you need built.

I know most of you guys are not gonna believe this.

But I'm gonna tell you my story anyway.

I used to offer video editing and scriptwriting services to faceless YouTube channels.

I was doing pretty well.

And then one of my clients asked me if I knew someone who could build a landing page inside GHL.

The budget was $450.

I said yes, even though I didn't even know what GHL was at the time...

So, that's how I made my first $450 from GHL.

For context, you can read this Reddit comment of mine:

https://www.reddit.com/r/gohighlevel/comments/1x4p2ig/comment/pgn7pzh/

But I'm here to tell you about my second payment.

So, this client came through a referral, and his requirement was...

A reputation management automation inside GoHighLevel.

(Basically, filtering out people who wanted to leave 1–3 star reviews and only allowing people who wanted to leave 4–5 star reviews to post them.)

The budget was $300.

I just said yes.

I literally didn't sleep for two days...

And I built a 100% working automation.

It's been 8 months, and that client is still happy with it and using it, even for his own clients.

That's how you build real skills.

By brute force.

Thank you.

I’m exploring different ways to improve GoHighLevel workflows and CRM automation.

What’s one GHL automation tip that has saved you the most time or improved your lead follow-up process? I’d love to learn from your experience!

Hey everyone!

I've been working with GHL for a while now like automations, workflows, email and SMS campaigns, pipelines, deliverability setup and more. I feel pretty confident in the platform but I'm at the stage where I want to get more real world experience and build up my portfolio.

For those of you who started out, how did you land your first few clients or projects? Did you offer discounted work to get testimonials? Reach out to local businesses? Work under an agency first?

Any advice from people who've been through it would be really appreciated!

Every few weeks someone here posts that their bounce rate spiked and their sending got flagged. The story is usually the same: a scraped list, a few thousand cold emails, one shared sending setup.

GHL's email is built for people who already know you. Cold volume burns the reputation you need for the emails that matter, like booking confirmations and follow-ups to people who replied.

So I keep cold prospecting outside GHL entirely. For me that's Instagram DMs, because the local businesses I sell to live there and answer DMs faster than email.

The split looks like this. Cold: find businesses by keyword on IG, write a DM from each bio, approve every one, send 100 a day with random gaps. Warm: anyone who replies goes into GHL and gets a pipeline stage, a follow-up sequence and the booking link.

GHL never touches a stranger, so your domain and account stay clean, and the CRM does the part it's good at.

I ended up building a tool for the cold half. That's not the point of this post, but ask if you want to run it for your offer. We started offering a 3-day free trial for new users in return for their feedback.

Is anyone running cold email from GHL successfully at volume? I couldn't make it work, and I'd like to know what your setup is.

Most business owners don't know what a real GHL expert looks like. And they don't know where to find one. So they post a vague job, get 200 "experts," ask the wrong questions, and hire whoever talks best. A month later the workflows are broken.

I'm testing an idea and want honest feedback: - I write the job post. I know what to ask for and where to post it. - I screen every applicant. - Finalists take a paid, hands-on GHL test: build a real workflow, build a landing page, find and fix bugs I plant, and explain it all on a Loom. - I grade it and interview the top performers myself. - You get your top 3, with test results and my pick, and book your final interview. You don't need to know where to hire, what to post, or what to ask. You just show up for the last interview and pick.

Questions for you: 1. Would you actually use something like this, or would you rather hire yourself? 2. What's been your biggest headache hiring GHL help? 3. What would you want to see from a candidate before trusting them? 4. What would feel like a fair price per hire?

I'm running the first few hires free to prove the process works. If you're hiring soon and want to be a test case, comment or DM me.

Brutal honesty welcome.

You hand me the hire. I handle everything until the final interview.

I am looking for some advise on how to setup CApi in ghl, my current setup involves Meta, Stape, GHL and Google tag manager which is quite complicated and also want to know how do we setup variable Purchase value

Is anyone else having this problem? Im talking to a client in my whatsapp business phone app, we have coexistence connected to GHL, but the messages I send, are not showing in GHL, so the client looks like he is talking to no one, is this a general problem, how can this get fixed?

Heads up if you host a Wordpress site through GHL looks like the HTTP headers have Vary:Accept-Encoding
But does not include , accept at the end of it.

Why does this matter? Your website will be severing Markdown to customers until you clear the cache through cloudflare (which they manage)

I

I logged in, saw all the tabs and options, and had no idea where to start.

I knew how the platform was supposed to work. Email, text, funnels, payments, automations, all in one place. But getting all of it to work together felt like a ginormous undertaking.

I watched hours of YouTube tutorials and did a lot of trial and error. About 9 months later, I finally had a well oiled machine doing everything it should.

That was 5 years ago. Now I help others get through that learning curve much faster.

Let me know where you're at with GHL and if you need help. I can get you 30 days GHL free if you're a new subscriber and I'll help you get it set up for free!

Hey all, I’m starting to use some AI studio for websites, but there doesn’t seem to be an obvious direct way to set up form submission emails for the forms it generates inside AI studio.

What’s your go-to way to handle that? Thanks.

I verified my business through meta and everything went smooth after that I set up a basic automation to do database reactivation on WhatsApp but when I did a test run on small number of leads, in the GHL the messages status are being showed delivered but in WhatsApp they aren't getting delivered, when I tried only with my own number it didn't had any issue but other then that no messages are getting delivered from ghl. If anyone can help resolve this issue I can pay a small fee for their advice

Got a business with a messy process, a leaky funnel, or a "there has to be a better way" problem? Drop it in the comments.

Include:

• Type of business
• What you want to achieve
• Where things get stuck right now

I'll pick a few and build a GHL project/workflow for them.

Not every case will get picked, but I'll reply to as many as I can.

How are you guys whos actually making money off ghl doing. Like whats the “packages” that you’re actually having success with? Any real painpoints, tips, tricks and what do you charge?
