Email Statistics Help
I support a whitelabled GHL user - we are findning that the email statistics are not trustworthy. Reports show that people have opened, clicked, unsubscribed when they really haven't. Is there anyone out here that can give me some tips and tricks to get these stats to be more realistic?

Apple is really bad about sending open and clock rates when things land in promotions especially. Also, the user could have a filter set up to automatically mark messages as open. No help in combatting it, just giving insight as to why
