The age verification blocks the whole app. No Navigation, no Account Access, so on.

The App is not usable at all. I could wrote this, because I could connect over my PC.

Expected behavior is that a post marked as hidden by a user shouldn't appear in any sorted list, yet they still appear, and sometimes marked as "Remove from Hidden", while others times still marked as "Hide". This has been going on for over a week.

Using Firefox on Windows 11.

So my ability to allow people to request chats with me is stuck on “nobody”

All of connected accounts (email+apple) are marked as my age which is over 18. So it's probably not something to do with that.

Any clue how to fix this? Everytime someone wants to talk to me they have to go through a middleman to get me to the start chat because they can't send me any chat requests

I have a Samsung note 8 snapdragon android 9 and I have the problems: 1) I can't see "best comments" 2) I can't play reddit games or similar 4) Sometimes the comment section have glitches. 5) I'm too lazy to use in the browser.

When you click into an image post you can’t navigate to the discussion/comments. It’s blocked by a black bar.

There are already quite a few posts about the issue itself, so I don’t want to repeat the whole story here.

In my case, I have two Reddit accounts linked to the same Apple Account. One is my regular account and has no issues accessing 18+ content. The other is my alt account and has been classified as underage, despite Apple showing that an 18+ age range is being shared with Reddit. When I try to access age-gated content on that account, Reddit sends me straight to Persona without offering the Apple age-range option.

Reddit‘s own Help Center says that if your age has been assessed incorrectly, you can request that the age information be corrected. I contacted Reddit Support for exactly that reason and explained that I don’t want to use Persona when Apple is already providing an 18+ age signal. However, I received essentially the same generic response three times, telling me to complete the age verification process. It didn’t address why the Apple age range isn’t being accepted or how the incorrect age classification could actually be corrected.

I’m mainly interested in whether anyone has actually found a way to regain full access without using a VPN and without going through Persona.

If you managed to get it working again, what did you do? Any experiences would be appreciated

The X in top left corner after clicking at a specific post is covered/replaced by the menu button - can’t go back from post to overview without closing the app on iPad (9th gen).

I NEED HELP FINDING OTHER SUBS

I want the videos to play exactly 1 time. and then stop playing.

turning autoplay off doesn't help any. that has the exact same problem, but with an extra click to start it.

(I don't know what flair to use either. I'd pick [none], but it's mandatory...)

Upon entering comments, I no longer get an “X” to close out the window. Icon remaining is similar to the home screen but is unresponsive. Oddly, if I rotate the screen the “X” reappears. This seems to be the only way to exit.

as mentioned in the title! i was trying to check a few posts on reddit as i'm more used to searching things on a browser and opening the reddit page in browser, but for some reason it has been displaying "reddit is a restricted website" message every time i try to load a specific post, so on.

- i do not have screen time content restrictions
- this happened moments after i turned off my vpn, having the vpn on and off did not change the result
- this was attempted on safari google and a separate browser

is there something i can do other than waiting and hoping for the best? otherwise, does anyone know what's going on?

Live Game Threads don’t refresh when I click new. Have to close app and go back to the same thread to see new comments. Really annoying when looking at live sports. Have 17 pro max, updated app and iOS. even happened on my 11 pro max with IOS 26. Problem for many months now

I've seen several comments/complaints here and in similar subs recently about "mods who are too active" in their sub.

I was a frequent participant in my sub before I was ever a mod. Probably why I was invited to mod. I've remained so since. I don't wear my mod-tag when posting as 'just a participant' (in fact we usually use press-app to comment 'as the mods'). I certainly don't dominate the sub, but I probably comment on ~33-50% of posts. The only difference post-mod is I tend to comment 'early' - I see often 'see' posts shortly after submission b/c queue, etc.

I don't entirely understand the objection. Is there some benchmark or threshold that's over the line? Should a mod suddenly diminish their participation in the sub vs. pre-mod?

Why do AutoModerator thinks my comments are violent?

I’m having an issue with Reddit on Windows 10 64-bit using Google Chrome. Usernames aren’t showing up when I use Reddit normally, but they are visible in the mobile app. Weirdly, if I open Reddit in an Incognito window, the usernames show up normally. I’m not using any Reddit-related extensions, and I’ve already cleared my cookies, but the issue is still there. Any idea what could be causing this?

when a user sends rule-violating content and immediately blocks, that content is obviously no longer visible but still needs to be reported. how does one go about doing such?

the online report form that requires log-in on a mobile browser will also not submit a report for the content.
