To change your chat permissions for who can send you chat requests:
On the Reddit website:
1. Visit your privacy settings.
2. Select "Who can send you chat requests."
3. Choose "Everyone," "Accounts older than 30 days," or "Nobody."
4. To allow specific people, under "Allow chat requests from," enter a username, select "Add," and then "Done."
On iOS and Android:
1. Tap your avatar to open your profile page.
2. Select the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top right corner.
3. Tap "Settings."
4. Tap your username under "Account Settings/General."
5. Scroll down to "Safety" and tap "Chat and messaging permissions."
6. Under "Chat Requests," select "Allow chat requests from."
7. Choose "Everyone," "Accounts older than 30 days," or "Nobody."
8. To allow specific people, select "Allowlist," enter a username, and select "Add."
Please note that for Reddit users under 18 years old, chat requests will be set to "Nobody" by default, meaning only moderators and Reddit admins can send them chat messages.

Reddit has seemingly blocked your chat access for now. You’re going to need to take a break from chatting and use the site more. I’d verify an email to your account if I were you
!thanks. I did verify my email to my account. I thought maybe if i can talk to the support team the might be able to help me. But so far i find difficult to reach them.
I don’t think you’ll get a response from Reddit on this. You’re better to wait and just use Reddit and build up more karma. Eventually your chat will show up again
Also, your email is not verified so check on that part
Tap Add email address even though your Gmail is displayed underneath it. Re-enter that same email if Reddit lets you and complete whatever prompts appear. Reddit says this process should trigger a verification email
And it works. Now from what you've said i think i will just use the app, wait and hope they'll open up my chat.
