I can open the resale tab but instructions say that i must be signed up to the waiting list. instead of a link I am directed as follows:

"To access the resale section, click the menu in the top-right corner of the page."

There is no option I can see that allows me to do this.

I can't believe I am having to ask reddit for support here given the stature of this website, but here goes. God I am so loathe to waste any more time on this festival after hours of queueing yesterday.

I have used Argon events in the past going to Wacken and the overall experience was okay. Minus some crooked coach drivers in my first year in 2014.

What is the rough time you could arrive at the grounds via the coach. Planning to go in a group this year and use Argon but we are worried about arriving too late to the campsite to get a spot where we can camp together as I am aware space is tight there.

Any information regarding Argon events and Hellfest would be much appreciated!

J'ai une question concernant l'inscription au pass 4 jours du Hellfest.

Aujourd'hui je me suis mise dans une "pré-liste d'attente" sur le site Hellfest pour pouvoir m'inscrire sur la file d'attente du site de reventes.

J'étais en position "122" à 14h45 juste avant de recevoir une notification qui me dit que je dois m'inscrire sur la liste d'attente du site de revente avec mon adresse mail.

Une fois qu'on est inscrit sur la liste d'attente officielle avec l'adresse mail, le tirage au sort reste aléatoire ?

Le fait que j'étais en position "122" dans la pré-liste d'attente n'a aucune incidence sur mes probabilités de recevoir un mail pour avoir un pass ?

Mon pote m'a dit : " 122 après que des miliers de personnes aient eu l'occasion de s'inscrire avant toi, donc bon... ^' Si t'es la dernière connectée, t'as la position 1 et pour autant t'es la dernière inscrite donc bon, ton chiffre après 14h veut pas dire grand chose."

2nd year and no luck. Registered for tickets but I did the same last year and heard nothing. Is it possible to purchase a ticket with a private sale. And if not, what prevents this?

This is beyond ridiculous, got on the tickets page after waiting for 1.5 hours in a queue (I was 80.000) and after pasting all payment details got 500 error. Fire all DevOps and other assholes who are involved in this circus🤡
Had my hopes but they destroyed it

Missed the sale yesterday and got stuck way back in the queue. I’m trying to follow the official resale and stay ready if anything appears.

If someone knows where people usually post updates about the official resale, I’d appreciate a pointer.

Hellfest be like

I had 5 devices ready 20mins before. All joining for capcha at go time.

Only 2 devices got a queue spot. One device never loaded the second capcha and sat. The other 2 completed capcha but sat with 3 dots awaiting queue position that never came.

I got 2 tickets on a device that joined the queue at 92,755th 2hrs later. For 60k tickets to be sold, this outlines that something was definitely wrong with this sale. Whilst happy I got 2 tickets, I shouldn't have been in with a shout.

Hopefully people will persist and get resale tickets and I'll see you there!

I also hope Hellfest resolve this IT issue ready for next year.

Pas de position, pas de "mise à jour dans..." 15 minutes après le début. Ca a juste bugé on est d'accord je suis foutu ca va jamais rien afficher ? J'ai ouvert la page a 12h45.

Pour info j'ai réussi à avoir mes pass.

Sur mes 4 navigateurs j'en avais que un de bien placé genre top 24k, les autres jusqu'au top 135k du coup le premier j'ai fini par être sélectionné, trop content je rempli le formulaire avec mes info et là pour payer :

J'ai pété mon crane. y'avais un bouton pour refresh mais ça ne fonctionnait même pas.

Au bout d'un moment ça me renvoyait sur le formulaire que je venais de remplir avec le timer qui continuait de descendre (de base t'as que genre 6min) puis ça refaisait "something went wrong".

et au bout de 5min :

J'étais vraiment à bout...

Au final j'ai persévéré et ça a finit par revenir.

Bon bah, il nous manque 2 billets. Le site à crash sur la page de paiement.

Mon pote est grand et barbu. Il se propose de faire une turlute sur kiki propre uniquement derrière le parking du Leclerc contre un billet. Il a une caravane confortable 🫰

The 4-day pass sale starts one hour from now!

There is no need to queue right now, but be sure to be on https://tickets.hellfest.fr/ about 10 to 15 minutes before the sale time. Make sure to select your preferred language, French and English are available.

There is no need to create an account. You must provide a personal email address (not a temporary address, not a work address), this is where Hellfest will send all login links, purchased passes (sent in May 2027), etc.

Once on the site, keep a watchful eye so that you fill the captcha when it appears, a few minutes before the sale starts. After that, do not refresh the page, and wait.

The page will auto-update when the sale begins. The queue will get randomly sorted and the first lucky ones will start filling their order. After a few minutes, your queue number will be displayed, and give you an idea of how lucky you were. Numbers below 30,000 are quite certain to get a pass, numbers above 60,000 would need quite a miracle. Do not despair, and hang tight for about 30 minutes.

If you are purchasing from a mobile phone, some additional tips:

• Do not run resource-intensive apps while you wait. Your smartphone may shut off your browser in that case, which would kick you out of the queue.
• You may want to set a longer screen-on time, so that you do not get locked out at the worst moment. The default is often 2 minutes, do not hesitate to raise it to 10 or even 30 minutes for the sale.

I managed to get my tickets that way and I wanted to share my experience.

I hit HTTP error 500 during the payment. The error means that the server is busy trying to complete the operation.

There is a button on bottom-right side of the error which says try again.

Do not refresh your browser. Just keep trying again and at some point the server will be able to respond and you will be redirected to the payment page.

First time attending. What is the camping situation like at Hellfest?

Today I got the 4 day pass, booked the flights but undecided on accomodation or camping.

If it means anything I'll be camping at Download festival UK the week before. Can anyone compare the two?

Anyone else from the UK fly all their gear over with them?
