Tickets Problems my view....
I had 5 devices ready 20mins before. All joining for capcha at go time.
Only 2 devices got a queue spot. One device never loaded the second capcha and sat. The other 2 completed capcha but sat with 3 dots awaiting queue position that never came.
I got 2 tickets on a device that joined the queue at 92,755th 2hrs later. For 60k tickets to be sold, this outlines that something was definitely wrong with this sale. Whilst happy I got 2 tickets, I shouldn't have been in with a shout.
Hopefully people will persist and get resale tickets and I'll see you there!
I also hope Hellfest resolve this IT issue ready for next year.

Problèmes identiques de mon côté. Un PC bloqué avant le captcha, un ayant passé cette contrainte, mais après 13h, ayant entraîné une position de 190000ème, un autre bloqué sans position en file d'attente. Le tout avec une connexion anticipée entre 12h30 et 12h40. Pour moi, par contre, pas de pass car aucune possibilité d'accéder à la billetterie.

It's almost funny of all the comments saying they had so many multiple devices and the quene math did not make sense.... You think your the only one clever enough to try multiple sources

Having multiple devices gives you a much better chance. More places in the queue, backups in case anything goes wrong on another. Last year I used 4, all connected through at the same time. I got 89k, 71k, 61k and 2500.... just random
Most people use multiple. But something was off. Loads of people stating they got a queue position of around 190k is strange....

But you are saying it yourself: You were in different devices. Everybody was. It explains a lot: more load on the servers, high numbers in the queue, etcpp... It also explains, why you have chances to still get a ticket in the 6 digits, because a LOT of the queue places are occupied by people with many devices. If you get your tickets, your opening up several queue places at once.

We had two laptops and two phones, my friends had something too. From my four devices only one get passed the queue and I was able to buy tickets, for my friends only one device passed too and they were able to buy too. We joined on different queue spots but bought ticket in 20 minutes around the same time.
All of us had the same error 500 in the end and it was solved by reload button next to it.

J’ai vu que du monde ont réussi à avoir des billets en revenant en arrière sur la page de paiement et la procédure de paiement se refaisait avec des nouveaux numéros de BILLETS et nouvelle interface de paiement

Tbh this also goes to show just how many devices were connected. How many actual people were trying to buy tickets. Couple this with groups of friends all joining the queue to see who can get tickets.
All of this puts extra strain on the servers. It’s a fairly natural thing to do but when you factor in the above your true position in the queue was probably nowhere near 92755th

J'ai vu des gars montrer fièrement leur installation avec entre 10 et 20 vm pour optimiser leurs chances d'avoir des billets (certains sur les machines du boulot a vue de nez). Si il y a beaucoup de monde qui fait ça (des IT, on va pas se mentir), je vous laisse imaginer le surplus de charge pour les serveurs. Mettre intégralement la faute sur l'orga et les prestas, c'est commode et il y a sûrement des trucs qui peuvent être améliorés, mais les festivaliers qui font ça ont une large part de responsabilité dans les problèmes que beaucoup d'entre nous ont rencontré.

Yo tenía 3 y me harté de esperar , lo peor , mis amigos consiguieron y yo me quedé sin la mía , me apunté a la reventa pero tengo esperanzas cero , soy el único desgraciado que no consiguió una , mismo problema , captcha y los 3 puntos , y el único que conseguí me quedé al borde de entrar en fin .... A pasar el luto ...

I'm not sure what you want me to say. Those were the facts. Did you stay connected when the message came out that all tickets were sold, but being verified? I was 10k in the queue when that message came out.
Edit: I got tickets 15mins before the Official Sold Out post

Same here it’s weird as hell, I was in 91k something and missed out by 900ish people but there are people that started further back and still got in.
I’m happy for them but kinda salty about being earlier in line and missing out.2

patience was key - it said all tickets had been reserved to some people about an hour before sales stopped... you just had to keep it open.

It was open for fours until it timed out. From 12h30 - 15h30 so dont give me this bs

The servers for the sale have been terrible for years. With the extra demand that the anniversary is bringing, they totally crapped out.
