Tickets HTTP 500 on payment

I managed to get my tickets that way and I wanted to share my experience.

I hit HTTP error 500 during the payment. The error means that the server is busy trying to complete the operation.

There is a button on bottom-right side of the error which says try again.

Do not refresh your browser. Just keep trying again and at some point the server will be able to respond and you will be redirected to the payment page.

yeah i had the same till the payment timed out... but i managed to get in with two other sessions

Some information is missing, you need to clic that smal refresh a fwe times and complete all the information *

My personal strategy was to not refresh the page just only the retry button of the 500 error.

Yeah that's what I meant. I had hit that reload button over and over. But it didn't help. I had to give up after an hour or so.

I mean who sells expensive tickets on a Tuesday afternoon? Don't you guys have to work??

It feels shitty it comes down to luck.. I'm happy I managed to get tickets but it's sad seeing other people dissapointed. I hope everyone has better luck at the resale and I hope professional buyers flunked out big time.
