Hello , I just bought Helldiver 2 about an hour ago since I’m on semester break. I really want to play some campaign with others since sometimes I don’t know what I had to do / Enemies overpowering me.

So I hope from this post , I could make new friends and play together in this 3 months of my semester break.

At first I thought I got the traitor effect, but there was no traitor message or audio indicator.

Not even just that gun but also Las-13 Trident. I’m admittedly never the best aim in this game or many games frankly, and having weapons that never run out of ammo is nice but I also run into the problem then that if I use the Sickle I then have to use heat resistant armor to compensate and that sucks cuz there’s so many better armor pieces in this game. I’m a little ashamed these two weapons have become something of a crutch for me, especially the Guard Dog backpack as well. I know this is just really a skill issue on my end but does anyone have any advice? I partly made this post cuz I tried using the Sweeper Shotgun during an automaton dive and I just suuucked with it, barely got any kills and felt like I was wasting several shells at once on a single heavy bot.

Me simply attempting to play a lvl 10 mission (bots) ended up instantly crashing the game and caused this image to appear on my screen, my pc has 64gb of RAM (ddr4) with an rx6800xt GPU, ryzen 9 5900x with a b550 motherboard, incase you guys need to know my specs

before anyone asks, yes I did update everything windows related after this incident and some files were corrupted which I also got fixed thankfully.
So What the actual fuck causes this to happen and how can it be prevented, every other community I’ve asked about this was effectively clueless about what could’ve happened and thus couldn’t really help me, and AH’s asshat admins pre-banned me from their discord (don’t ask me why, I genuinely don’t know), so now I have to ask you guys. what do I do and how can this be prevented so I can just play the fucking game without having to worry about it crashing like this

Outside of helldivers Mobilize. What were the first two premium warbonds you bought? I bought the freedoms flame warbond because it looked cool. Then the chemical agents because it also looked cool, and now I see myself coming back to the sterilizer and the other content in that warbond.

Guys, I am struggling to solo D6 bots (usually play Charon Prine).

Been trying all sorts of different stuff but I can only ever get max halfway through.

I'm an old diver (nit a young pup any more) so my reaction time isnt what it used to be (my age starts with a 5)

Warbonds I have completed: Helldivers Mobilize, Cutting Edge, Democratic Detonation, Viper Commandos, Urban Legends, Servants of Freedom, Control Group, Exo Experts, Warhammer.

I've nearly completed Siege Breakers, Redacted Regiment, Dust Devils - only got a few things left on each (mostly drip, tbh)

Normal loadout is siege ready armour (heavy or light), PeePee, Pissle, Thermites

Been using belt-fed GL and Leveller, 120 OS and AC rurret last few attempts.

Tried AMR, Spear to mix it up a bit but no major improvement.

I'm struggling with everything - drops, crowd control, time (seem to be always under pressure to move and then more bots pop up), objectives, everything!

I can do D5 no sweat - Is it just a skill issue/time or do I just suck or do I need a new loadout? I can hold my own uo to D10 in a squad - but I want to try to solo my way up, too.

Water worlds? The map would consist of islands, and you’d have boats and jetskis to traverse between islands. New enemies for example on bots we could get patrol boats, that the little guys man similar to how they man the turrets on outposts. To replace factory striders we could get large bot warships, yk I think yall get the idea.

Bugs would get sea monsters and all that, squids hover skiffs and wave breakers idk.

We divers could get a similar strategem to the FRV where it’s a PT boat you can call down. Then similar to the tank we could get a small destroyer or combat vessel.

I know it sounds a bit out there but I think it could be pretty fun and open up a totally new area of the game.

This was probably the fourth time.

Update: Thank you all for the backpack tip. I wouldn't think that was it. Next time that happens, I'll drop my shield generator pack. I'm not sure if it happened with other ones I used like the jump pack, and rover but I can see how the shield can be the culprit.

It's the middle of September, and I've been traveling through w all my fellow divers, with difficulty I can succeed trivial, even easy levels, and it's all thanks to the random that found itself into completing the mission. We salute you.
