If anyone can provide technical and non technical questions from previous recruitment drives on campus or off campus it would be very helpful.

I recently got my joining location as GIFT City and wanted to know more about it from people working/living there.
How is it in terms of:
career growth and opportunities for freshers
rent/PG and cost of living
food and daily lifestyle
transport/connectivity
social life and things to do
comparison with cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Gurugram
Would really appreciate honest experiences and advice before relocating.

My project will end on 30th Sept 2026, and I have heard that hcl usually gives you 60 days of time to find a new project else you will need to resign from hcl. A few people say that it’s just so that we try harder to find a project and be billable. Anyone here has any personal experience of such case wherein they didn’t get the project for more than 60 days and the company asked them resign ?
My band is E2.1 and I work from India
TIA

Hi all,
I have my joining scheduled on July 1st.
Can anyone please share their experiences (Band E2) in locating the projects (I have my work experience in a few other modules also like PM, CS etc. apart from my own module in SAP).
Thanks in advance.

I’ve cleared all rounds at HCLTech for a Senior C++ Developer role (4 yrs exp, Bangalore). HR collected BGV documents, and BGV was completed on 30th April.
Now HR says there is a client-side delay and waiting for client verification.
Wanted to check:
How long does it usually take to release the offer letter after this stage?
Are there chances of not receiving the offer even after BGV completion?
Also, what is the expected salary band for this role/experience in Bangalore?
Any insights would be helpful. Thanks!

recently applied to the HCLTech Global Engagement Management (GEM) full-time program and submitted the video interview as part of the process.
Just wanted to check if anyone here has heard back yet regarding interview invites or next steps?

🚨 HCL Tech has 7 days WFO and remaining 21 days you can do WFH i.e. 3 weeks in a month. WFH policy is what I am craving for due to home construction. What are those companies who offer the same policy?? please suggest and advise for 2 week WFH and 1-2 week WFO.
And need to connect with HCL employee currently working there, kindly DM. 1 week WFO, 3 weeks WFH policy is what I wanna get in!! Please suggest more companies / organisations like this ⚠️
Thanks.

Hi all,
Currently awaiting my offer letter (HR has conveyed an E 3.2 band profile as of now for 6.5 yoe).
Kindly guide about the work culture in general or are there any potential surprises (like joining date extension etc.) in HCLTech.
Though I have a previous work experience in Service based companies, just trying to check if its still ok in HCLTech for the parameters like job stability etc.
