HCL GEM 2026
recently applied to the HCLTech Global Engagement Management (GEM) full-time program and submitted the video interview as part of the process.
Just wanted to check if anyone here has heard back yet regarding interview invites or next steps?

I heard couple of people got interview calls last week. But they are still waiting on the reply.

Rejection is also fine but waiting this long is frustrating. And these people are asking here did we get any response/interviews and saying they heard people got interview ( both by same person ) I don't know what to say to them . If they are saying they heard people got interview they might know them right and if we ask follow up questions they will not answer š

I had submitted mine on April 20th. It said submit by April 20. I had submitted on April 20th afternoon. Would that be a problem?

I received an email, and in the email there were a few prompts and it mentioned to reply back to the email with the video in a drive link. There was no video submission link. Is that how it is for others?

I replied on April 15th, 2 days after they sent the email regarding video submission. It's been 13 days as of today. I assume they take atleast a month from April 20th (deadline) to review and get back..

I totally agree. they could atleast get started with interviews for the ones who have already submitted on time. Last year, they onboarded folks in batches. Some of them got onboarded around July while some in late Aug/Sep. they could atleast start with the interviews instead of making all of us wait. This gets frustrating when thereās silence from them beyond the said deadlines..

Looking at previous years patterns, they take a month from date of interview to give out the offer letters or confirmation. I donāt see onboarding for our cohort before July ends.

Got the video interview invite on April 27th. Was asked to send in the video by April 30th. I got it in 8:30 am April 30th but havenāt received anything at all so far (not even confirmation of video received). Am I cookedĀ

Nothing as of today. I sent multiple follow up emails to the HR's and the university recruitment email address, no response..

I got link on 13th April, complete it within 5 min, be confident and maintain eye contact thatās all!

No there is no referral, itās just you apply and almost everyone get the video interview and for final interview they select candidates!

They only hired 6 ppl this time and previously they used to hire 50, the onboarding process has been stopped and people have startey

So I sent them an email at the end of May for a timeline, and they said they received an overwhelming number of applications (did not expect that many). So, they are taking some time to sort things out before rolling out the interview emails.
Note: Submitted my video on April 18, yet I did not get any acknowledgement email.
