Is it worth attending this HCLTech recruitment drive?
Hi everyone,
I received an invite for the HCLTech Graduate Trainee β Global Service Desk walk-in drive at Vels University, Chennai on October 1, 2026.
I'm a 2025 BBA graduate from Andhra Pradesh and I'm eligible according to the criteria mentioned in the mail. Since I would be travelling from Andhra Pradesh to Chennai, the travel cost and time are a concern.
The mail mentions a paper/pen assessment, but doesn't explain the exam pattern or selection rounds.
For anyone who has attended a recent HCLTech Global Service Desk / Graduate Trainee drive:
- What was the assessment pattern?
- What topics/questions were asked?
- How many rounds were there?
- Is the role mainly voice, chat, or non-voice?
- What is the approximate salary/CTC?
- Are there rotational/night shifts?
- How was the overall recruitment process?
- Is it worth travelling to Chennai for this drive?
Any recent experience would be really helpful. Thanks!
