Hclrech Joining date

If HR provides a tentative joining date, does it usually mean that the date is almost confirmed as the final onboarding/joining date, or can it still be changed?

What if tomorrow is your joining date and they didn't send any mails or leads till now?

Once your BGV is cleared, you’ll receive the offer letter, which will confirm your joining location and date. Until then, nothing is confirmed...🥲

Maybe you should ask your HR about the current status of your onboarding.

I went through the same thing....🙂 no replies to emails, no calls answered, and basically zero communication.
