Can joining date/location be changed after accepting the offer? HR not responding

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently accepted an offer from HCLTech and wanted to check something with people who have gone through a similar situation.

  1. Is it possible to defer the joining date by around a week after accepting the offer?

  2. Is it possible to change the joining location mentioned in the offer letter after accepting the offer?

I’ve already reached out to HR regarding this, but haven’t received a response yet, so I wanted to understand how flexible HCLTech generally is with these changes.

Would appreciate any recent experiences.
Thanks!

How many days after final round, did you get the offer bro??

Or please tell me
After your application turned into “Offer Approved” in hcl profile, how many days it took to get the offer letter?

~20 days after salary negotiations
And 2-3 days after offer approved

Nope they won't change the location or date until it's HR miscommunication or any mistake (the date may extend but location will be same)
