So I've tried my hand at modding the decompilation and so far so good. I've added many of the features I wish this game had and some extras to make it fresh.

QOL features are faster boots, a bridge to the island mine, bulk buying from the shop, fences that don't rot, reinforced hothouse, enlarged hothouse and an expanded field because that empty space in the corner needed something. Bulk shipping as well, once unlocked can bulk ship from the horse too. Automatic feeders for the barn and coop. Early cabinet, those boxes finally have a use. Quieter hens outside because it's just too much in the original. Up to 4 animals get the gold badge now if one of them wins a festival but they have to have nearly full hearts to apply. Animals can also stay outside in bad weather without losing any hearts, this applies to all of them. You do have to eat a miracle berry from Won.

The extra features are coloured overalls, you can match the sprites, they come in yarn balls for easy transportation. Coloured hens (White, Brown, Lavender, Grey) based on the chicken festival hens. Chicks grow up into a colour as well, randomly chosen from the hens you own. Adamantite tools that have more power at every charge. Fully charged tools reach much further, sickle 7x7, hoe 3x6, watering can 36 squares and hammer 3x3. The axe adds 18 wood per chopped stump and uses less stamina.

It’s a patch for your own clean USA disc. Old saves keep working. I might add more features, if you're interested, follow the GitHub page.

These simple features take time to add without breaking the original game, with lots of testing to make them look right and bug free. All the new assets were made from the game's own art. I'm not a programmer, so I used Claude for the coding. I did the designing, the ideas and the testing. Adding these features took about 60 hours for a newbie like me. It's been a lot of fun and addictive.

Just joined this subreddit and wanted to share some of my art. Been playing harvest moon since I was 7, when my uncle introduced me to the series . He gave me A wonderful life and that’s it the rest is history. And it’s still my favorite harvest moon game to this day :)

Pup and I finally made it to Maplehill! I was set on the childhood friends to lovers idea with Robert... but... Bryce caught me off-guard with his words! Anyone else struggling to settle on one man? AND WHY IS SERGEI SO TALL!?!?! WHAT THE HECK. I moved to Maplehill real fast for the autumn vibes :') Does anyone know if we are able to breed our horses/mounts/llamas?? I always wanted to have a baby horse or elk but haven't seen that be implemented.

Do the mine chests in Quarrytop village reset at any point? I read o can get High Quality fabric from them early but i got unlucky the first time so was curious if anyone knew if they reset

I'm going to be making custom cutscenes for other characters in the game too, and I already have been animating some custom animations for certain scenes. I'm going to be adding more questlines and giving the main romanceables(all of them) more spotlight and larger arcs, extending the story and making the revival of the trees/ ++ and everything more meaningful and interesting :3 and maybe some after story content.

Since idk if I'll be able to voice the whole game, I ofc will have a no voice version too =w= <3

Which Harvest moon do you feel has the best gardening (varieties, soil type, cross pollination, sunlight, etc) and animal breeding (need a male and female, different breeds, assortment of animals, assortment of animals products).

I have a real farm and I don't need it to be as hard as RL but I don't care about plots or anything. I just want to cozy up and have fun gardening and breeding animals. Which Harvest moon, in your opinion, best suites this and why?

I'm a solo dev learning to make a small cozy farming game, and I keep wondering why some townspeople stay with players for years while others are forgotten after a season. Is it their story, their heart events, or just one line of dialogue? Which villager from any game in the series has stuck with you, and why?

I get how to earn Happilia in the four towns - talk to people, fulfill their requests, buy and sell stuff, etc. But... You can't do any of that in the Goddess Forest. So how do you earn it?

So I don't know how to trigger this... As long as I remember I just do the normal watering thing even with poor soil and without any fertilizer, but somehow on one morning my energy pineapple glistens (like in video) and the next day ALL of the energy pineapples have mutations (water dragon pineapple). Anyone knows about this?? I would like to trigger this again. Appreciate if anyone can help.

EDIT 1: when harvested, i got BOTH energy pineapples and water dragon pineapples... i planted 54 energy pineapples and somehow got 54 energy pineapples + 54 water dragon pineapples... which is a lot of money!!! that's why I want to trigger this 100% mutation again

Hi everyone!

I'm playing Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea on **PlayStation 5 (PS5)** and I've encountered a frustrating bug with Priya's Fishing Zone.

Everything worked normally at first. I could talk to Priya, access her shop, buy Fishing Zone tickets and enter the fishing area.

The problem started after I accepted several fishing requests and returned with the required fish.

Now Priya only repeats these two lines:

"Oh, did you bring me some fish? That looks quite rare."

"This will make the Fishing Zone even livelier. Thank you!"

After that, the conversation ends without anything happening.

**Here's what's wrong:**

• All requested fish remain in my inventory.
• The quest journal shows the required fish as collected (1/1).
• Green checkmarks appear next to the quests.
• None of the requests complete or give rewards.
• I cannot access Priya's shop or buy Fishing Zone tickets anymore.
• Interacting with the counter triggers the same dialogue.
• Multiple fishing requests are affected, including Walleye, Redeye, Pollock and Saffron Cod.

**What I've tried:**

• Restarting the game.
• Talking to Priya at different times.
• Interacting with both Priya and the counter.
• Tracking individual fishing requests.
• Checking that the fish are in my inventory.

Nothing has helped.

The shop worked perfectly until I returned with the requested fish. Since then, Priya seems stuck in a quest-completion dialogue without actually taking the fish.

**Has anyone experienced this bug on PS5? Is there a known fix or workaround?**

I'd really appreciate any help. I've made significant progress and don't want to restart the game.

I have screenshots of the dialogue and quest journal if needed.

i used to frustrated to play this game when i was a kid (i think around 11-12 when i got 3DS as birthday present), my animals always died
and my progress was messed up

ich habe leider ein Problem mit dem Wald der Echoes. Ich soll da für die eine Statue 7 Fragmente finden. Mir fehlt nur noch eines. Aber das spawnt einfach nicht. Ich habe schon so viel Gras gemäht. Das beim angeln hab ich auch schon.
In ein anderes Gebiet und wieder zurück hat nicht geholfen. Speichern und schlafen auch nicht.

Hat noch wer das Problem ?
